Remarks

I was admitted into this college through UPSEE councelling. Fortunately, I have a decent rank somewhere around 8000 in UPSEE so I got a Fee Waiver quota. Due to this fee waiver quota, I don't have to pay my tuition fees. For me, it's really worth getting the fee waiver seat, as there were many financial issues that came in the Covid. The admission Process is normal like other colleges, we just have to submit some basic documents. Registrar and Staff were very helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose this course because I have a great interest in Computer Science and Technology. We all are today surrounded by enormous IT Technology, this course is a need of time and has a great carrier opportunity. Growth is also very good in this sector as compared to others. There are basically 1 faculty per 60 students. All the faculties are well qualified and are really good. They always work hard to give us better knowledge. Exams are held regularly. We have CT examinations bases on 1 or 2 units. We also have Sessional Exams in the mid-term and at the end. These exams really help us to analyze our progress and knowledge. Usually, exams are not so much difficult nor is too easy. It is of moderate type.

Internships Opportunities

4

There are a decent number of companies that offered internships. I didn't do any internship so I don't know too much about it. But yes companies give with stipend too, some of my friends enrolled in an internship.

Placement Experience

4

In the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. A lot of companies visit our college like Naggro, TCS, QA Technology, Wipro, etc. The average package is around 3-4 lakh. But if you will work hard then you can get up to 7-8 lakhs. Last year in placement organized by the university a student from our college bagged a package of 19 lakhs in Amazon. About 90% of students got placed in companies. Placements are high in CSE and related departments as compare to others. My plans are quite different I want to go for government jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got Fee Waiver Seat through the UPSEE exams. So my fees per year are Rs 20,400 only. In the Covid times, our college also waived Rs.7500 as there was a lot of financial crisis in the Pandemic time. So now I have to pay only Rs.12,900, I am thankful to get this. Since I'm from a fee waiver seat, I'm not eligible for any kind of scholarship.

Campus Life

4.5

Annual Fest is usually conducted in the Month of October named Festnobeat. Tech fest named Hacnovate is conducted twice a year. Our Libraries are very good, they have all the books of our need. It also has a lot of other personality development books. It also has research papers, science magazines, etc. Sports fest are organized by the university. Sports life is not that good in Private Engineering College. No college provides good sports opportunities. We have a big lush cricket ground, basketball court, etc. But we can only use them during the fest. A lot of extracurricular activities are held on campus to boost the technical and analytical thinking of students. There are some non-technical activities too. There are Cultural Club, Technical Club, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The influence is obviously job opportunities in future. I would say that you have to learn alot of skills on your own as well for real World applications and further academic pursuits as the college does provide labs etc. but the course structure is kinda old. So yeah you have to learn alot of skills to become a job ready engineer.
