Remarks

It was smooth. SAUT is their entrance exam name, if we clear it with good rank we get scholarship. I had been admitted on merit base, so it was good. The same day I got a personal counsellor and later after admission we got a counselling ceremony.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I had chosen this course because I want to pursue in research field under microbiology. The faculty-student ratio is good as of last year it was 2k plus students and 1600 + faculty. All the faculty is highly qualified, most teachers are done with phd and some years of experience and some are researchers that tend to teach. We had 6 semesters, in which exams were held on 3 parts- regular unit tests called C.A, mid-term exam in the mid of the semester and then the final end-term exam after passing which we get to enter next semester. They were quite tough. The exam criteria were hard to achieve but done with ease if we focus on the teacher's pedagogy.

Internships Opportunities

4

Office timings are convenient. Reputed University in NCR region.Nice working environment and a good place to study also.Good Infrastructure such as Wifi that is accessible to everybody inside the college boundary. Whizzes 1.Less work pressure, Flexible hours and hence you can schedule your time according to your convenience. Shams 1.Sometimes the administration functions very slow causing an impact on management. In Sharda university internships are quite good but you just need to be attentive to get the good one's. It provides internships to all departments, faculties, and students with all skills. It also provides summer internship to faculties and students mainly at a good price.

Placement Experience

4

The infrastructure was the main thing that attracted me and peace inside the college. Also, it has a reputation among the colleges which were allotted to me after counseling. The students studying here also provided good insights. It might depends on class to class, but our class was pretty good. We had supportive faculties. The classroom infra is amazing. All classes returned to be smart classes. Teachers were always available on Google hangout or you may directly WhatsApp them for queries. I worked as an intern with many companies like Smartwear, Bharadwaj Architects, Kickhead Softwares, Unschool, Embibe, AttainU, Shadowfax, Collegedunia, and Cashkaro. There is good placement support. The placement cell works thoroughly with the student to him/her job ready. I was doing different internships that's why I did not appear for it. Even after completing your degrees of you did not get a job you may still have opportunities to take the help of a placement cell.

Fees and Financial Aid

SGI is a scholarship that is based on the application method. Whereas, the scholarship to students is based on the semester-wise and yearly reported marks. There is a different body in the admission cell by the name "Sharda launch pad" where people with good ideas can get funding from college for their startups. It promotes entrepreneurship very well. There are also different wings in every block that assign for internships based on their needs. Placements are also very good as it have 7+ grades for placements in all the various fields. Good and big companies invest and do partnerships with Sharda university. 700+ foreign universities are linked with Sharda university.

Campus Life

4

Campus Life at sharda is amazing and one can't forget it throughout the life. The breeze in the night soothes your The university has established 11+ hostels for both girls and boys with all the facilities including laundry, cleaning, food, etc. The university have it's own deptt store, pharmacies, hospital, transport facility, libraries, gym and salon too. There are 4 sit-in cafe + dining too. The facilitation area includes academics, hostel, transport, accounts, IT department, psychological counseling, Examination cell, ICC, Maintainance, people soft, and security. The security in campus is also good, safe to stay. Course Curriculum Overview:

For mathematics it has the syllabus and for physics also defense studies is the subject that I'm here . I'm in 1st year so there is some baiscs so i can't say that it has a lide changing chapters but i have heard that in 2nd year it is going to be very interesting. And I'm very excited!!. All three subjects are very interesting but I'm also seeing mathematics as an interesting subject . If you want to be a scholar in the university you have to choose your favorite subject and just stick to it, it'll be very helpful. Yes for skill development class if students want tp learn that skill for real please teach them carefully, otherwise it's just waste of money time and effort. Timings are good there are back to back exams in which you'll be preparing for exam for whole year not a single month to waste which is good from my perspective. Difficulty level is moderate, if you solve pyqs and similar questions you will score good in exams . You will require good amount of practice and speed for 3 hour exam .

Go for interest when an option is given to choose between a subject Some courses are taught useless as they have no real world application or any use in that field The curriculum could be a bit less because it'll make easy for students to gather with interest, the knowledge Timing is given for preparation of the exams and are moderate to difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose bsc bioinformatics as I love programming and research sector as I took pcb in 11th ... I couldn't go for btech ... But then I researched and found about this course which need computer skills with biology background.. a perfect match for someone like me.. after the pandemic and technical growth in biology sector .. bioinformatics became one of the most growing area .. In india it's rare to find people know about this is even a sector so yeah less competition and big opportunities to work abroad .. But I am pursuing this course in this college which have very bad curriculum..the faculty isn't proper to teach us about bioinformatics and we are just study the syllabus of biotech in a mixed class ... I will rate it's a bad idea to pursue bioinformatics from Swami vivekanand subharti university...
