The admission criteria for DR Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University is to first apply through the university website dspmu.ac. in and to give entrance exam and the admission will be process by the cut-off of the entrance exam. The criteria for taking admission in DSPMU is you should have minimum 50% marks in the 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed BCA because I am much interested in Coding. BCA faculty of DSPMU is great. The number of seats in BCA is 200 and there are two batches of BCA for each session. The teaching method is so good. There should be a semester exam every 6 months.
Internships Opportunities
In BCA, you should have a final year project. The professors did not help with the final year project in this university. If you need help for a final year project then you will have to take it from the outside.
Placement Experience
30-40% of students getting placed in MNC's every year. After the UG degree plans for PG degree or feeting placed in reputed companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Mind Tree, Reliance. Every student of dspmu gets a chance to be placed in reliance on ICICI Bank.
Fees and Financial Aid
For any vocation course, the fee is 12500 per semester. For arts, science and commerce the fess is 2400 per year. Reliance, ICICI come for on-campus placement. Every year around 30 to 40% of BCA students will place in TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Hexaware etc MNC's compmanies.
Campus Life
Every year ABVP led DSPMU student union organizes a youth fest named AAHVAN and conducted in the month of Feb or March. The Library of the dspmu is great in book availability. Smart classroom. Every year an annual sports meet is conducted. You should also have a chance to become a student leader on this campus. Students union or ABVP in this is campus is much active.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel of the university is not too good. But in morabadi or lalpr area you should find a good private hostel or a rented room. The registration process for a university hostel is your home address must be different 20 km from the campus.
