Remarks

I took entrance exam and got Amity institute, Delhi as my college..based on the cutoff the selection happened after that document verification was done at the centre. Syllabus is well update and with the on going time. We are not provided industrial exposure but we are provided teaching exposure. Most the faculties hardworking, intelligent, understandable and helping. One very most important thing they really look out for is attendance. Here attendance is compulsory no matter what. Give a safe secure and healthy environment for a student to bloom.Teachers like Deepti ma'am, Sanjana ma'am, Sadhna ma'am, Puneet ma'am and Pratiman ma'am were really very helpful they always support their students and same thing they want us to teach further to our students. Our principal ma'am was really spiritual and calm person. In the morning itself she conducts the meditation session for all of us we do proper assembly like prayer, thought etc. We celebrate each and every function with lot of zeal.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Teaching was always my passion ...I loved teaching kids...I was taking tuitions at home already and I kind of enjoy it so I thought why not make this my profession. Therefore I joined this B.Ed course. In Amity institute of education, Delhi there were 8 teachers on 100 students. Our batch was the first batch of 2 years B Ed course. In our class there were only 6 boys and rest were girls out of total 100 students. Teachers were very well qualified. They all have a huge experience and they were all subject experts. They were all brilliant in their own field. The exams were very timely. Lots of preparation was required to clear those exams...

Internships Opportunities

4

For internship many schools were alloted like Maharishi Vidya Mandir School, Amity International School, K R Mangalam, Chinmaya School, G D Goenka etc.. No stipend was given.... We were used to be the substitute teachers so whenever there would be a free class or teacher was absent we used to take those classes. The internship experience was really good as we got the opportunity to interact with students and teach them. It was like first hands on experience as a teacher and it was really great even without the stipend.

Fees and Financial Aid

The whole 2 years course cost was around 2 lakh. In those 2 years there was no hike. In the 2nd year they allot scholls for internship where we have to do 4 months internship. The internship was free ... No stipend was given. We just need to go to the schools and finish the internship.

Campus Life

4

They were no annual fest or something ..we used to celebrate all the occasions internally in the college. The library was there which has all the books which we require to explore our subjects and pedagogy. Separate washrooms were there for boys and girls. A proper hall was alloted as our classroom. Once a week we use to do sports and fun activities in the ground. There is a facebook page made by the students where we use to upload pictures of the activities and celebrations.

Placement Experience:

Only after completing fourth final year, students will be eligible for campus placements. Generally different-diffrent private, elementary level, international schools come for placements. On average starting salaries which my seniors got was around 25k to 30k per month. The highest salary you expect 45k to 50k in some international schools. Students who gets highest placement are not only just toppers in theory exam but they have develop a personality as well. Most of students prefer higher education before placements. A very small number of students sit or apply for placements so the students who apply have high chances to get selected. The placement percentage rate and chances to get placement is high for this reason. I will also prefer my future studies. I can't do b.ed after b.el.ed but I will do masters in economics which is also my libral option in my b.le.ed. students have to choose one subject in which they want to bachelors degree because it is a integrated course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to be a teacher so I opted for this program. The student-teacher ratio is 10:1 which is quite good. SCERT is one of the top colleges for B.Ed. it has well-qualified and trained teaching faculty. They use ict infused classroom pedagogy. The semester system for examination and difficulty level of exam is in average it is moreover application based.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Their exam and syllabus are very easy and low-level for any type of student. But all type of study is required in all placement. But the time period of the exam is less than to compare the syllabus and exam pattern. The faculty has been great here in our college, they are qualified and very cooperative.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Ed opens an opportunity to explore your capabilities. You participate in every field from academics to sports and sports to cultural activities. There is normally a batch of 100 students and thus the batch is divided into two sections. The faculty is well experienced in their fields and provide excellent support to train you for future encounters. Semester exams are being conducted and before every semester exam, internal exams are being conducted. The internal exams basically give an insight into the semester exam.

Placement Experience:

There is no such provision for placement. Students have to clear CTET after clearing B.Ed. exam in order to get a job. They can only give a reference. One has to qualify B.Ed. with good marks and then qualify CTET or TET in order to get a job. Right now, I have given my first semester exams and during this course, I will appear in CTET.

Remarks:

There is no alumni network created or followed by the college. There is also no interaction with the alumnus of the college. Nor the alumni doesn't contribute in the overall development of the college or students. Present students will feel better if one such alumni network is followed to guide them in taking proper decisions.
