Remarks

Brand value of IIT Madras Civil Engineering department in the academia and industry. the course work is very well designed considering the need of the industry and future prospects in this domain. The faculty are highly qualified and competent, the faculty strength is also appreciated. The facilities at IIT Madras are awesome with a green natural campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty student ratio is very good and the faculties are highly qualified. The skill set they enlighten us with is very important. The course is so designed it no only covers theoretical aspects but also practical application and group projects.

Placement Experience

The placements depend upon the the branch and coursework and it is not even for all. But overally the placement and internship opportunities are appreciable as per the industry standards. Mainly students get into analytics profile rather than core profiles.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for us was less but it was heard that the fees will be hiked for our juniors. But the fees are affordable and lot of scholarship options are available for students. The course is really worth the minimal fees we pay and that to we were paid stipend.

Campus Life

The tech fest and cultural fest at IIT Madras are amazing. The plethora of events and programmes are really exciting. Shaastra is the tech fest whereas saarang is the cultural fest. It is organized in the month of jan-feb every year. Celebrities and great people in the industry also enlighten us.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee.
