Internships Opportunities
This is the point where VESIT drops it's grade. VESIT do not provide internship on its own but there are a number of socities which help you in getting internships throughout your course.
College Events
Praxis- the technical fest . This the welcome fest conducted every year by the students of VESIT. It includes various tech and non tech events. Participants are expected to be 500+. Various societies keep on conducting a number of events throughout the year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
According to me, with such facilities it is a feasible fee structure. The average fees is about 100000 with various concession for reserved class and EBCs. Also there are a number of scholarship programs for toppers. The fees varies by 5-10k depending on the year of engineering.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes as I have said earlier there are a number of scholarship programs for the students. The reserved class any how don't need to pay the entire fees so they do not require anything. The EBC based scholarship is for open category students falling under ebc. Plus other scholarship such as TATA scholarship is also available.
Campus Life
Campus life is enjoyable with a number of relaxing activities such as carrom , table tennis, darts etc. Gender ratio is approximately equal with a good mentality of the students. There are 51% of sindhis. Whereas the economic profile covers both the ends.
Admission
First I had to fill in the details in the DTE form and then check the the various list which was displayed online. When my name was displayed, I had to report to the college with in 3 days to verify all the documents and pay the fees. Verification docs included xth and xii th marksheet and my entrance exam scoresheet.
Faculty
The major point about VESIT is its faculty, all the teachers are M.tech degree holders along with good sense of present technology. Moreover the discipline of the facilities is something unique in VESIT. At the same time they are friendly as well, you can approach for their help at any moment.
