IEM is the best private engineering college of West Bengal in terms of placement.companies like Adobe,Amazon,Oracle comes for campus recruitment.overall placement is good.In my branch almost 80-90% of eligible students got placed.most of them got placed in mass recruiter.A good no of students goes for higher studies also with cracking good score in GATE.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose EC for my engineering because this branch has equal opportunities in both the area's i.e. in IT industry or in Core industry. Placement is decent in both the industries. Also it has good scope in higher studies also.

Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is something like you have to pay 50-60 k per semester (at my time).may be increased by 10 k now. You can get loan easily from any bank or you can use Vidya liaxmi portal for scholarship.
Campus Life
Actually in terms of campus life my college far lags behind. college has not good infrastructure.No parks,No Ground or field for amusement.There is one canteen but you can't use it in college hours.But Our library remains open for 24 hrs.
