My Experience at ICEM

The best part of my college is its infrastructure as we have library, playground, fully air-conditioned classrooms, seminar halls, auditorium and other such facilities. So, I got into the college through MAH CET score and marks obtained in undergraduate. And prior to that, I filled the application form which is made available from January to March. One of my cousin had already completed MBA from this college and now, he is running his own company. On his recommendation, I preferred this college over others.

I chose MBA program as it has better career opportunity, prefers specialization and the salary offered is good. Course curriculum is well updated with the newest technologies to meet the industrial requirement. our syllabus in each semeter contains several subjects that help in developing the soft skills managerial skills, innovativeness, leadership and entrepreneurship quality as well. Besides, we are given opportunities to gain practical knowledge through group assignment and projects given to usAlso, the faculty members includes veterans of marketing, financial and other industries having work experience of more than 7-10 years.

I didn't opted for any internship till now, but I am looking for it. And yes, my college offer internship for 2 months after completing the first year followed with 4-month internship. Also, individual projects we get in each semester to have practical knowledge and in-depth knowledge of that particular topic.

Top placements from our department have been offered from top companies like Reliance Retail Ltd, KPMF, Amazon, Bandhan Bank, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Allianz and others. Also, the highest package offered is 12 LPA and the average package reached up to 5LPA. Almost 80% placements are on-campus and the remaining 20% get the off-campus job. And the profile offered are of sales representative, business analyst, sales traders & associates depending on the specialization we have opted for in MBA program.

The fee I paid for the both the years are 3.6 lakhs in total. Also, my college offers scholarship scheme for EBC category, category scholarship, state/national minorities but since, I could not fulfil the requirements, I didn't avail the scholarship provided by my college.

The cultural activities are organized every year to bring out our talents. After taking admission in this college , I got the opportunity to take part in cultural enriching activities. Also, we have several clubs like art club, music club, literature club. Apart from this, we have sports complex to practice whenever we want after the classes.
