Lovely Professional University is a great option for pursuing programs like BBA. I swear, no other university pays so much attention to this particular program but LPU does. You will get opportunities to complete your 1-2 semesters abroad too. Even in these hard times, it has not stopped LPU in all these aspects. What does it take to get into such a great university? OH! you just need to have scored a minimum of 70% in both, 10th and 12th board examinations. The process of taking admission and confirming the seat includes- Filling out the application form, submission of documents, and finally paying an amount to confirm your seat.

Lovely Professional University's course curriculum is very similar to what is followed in various foreign Business Schools. Therefore it makes Vertos a world citizen. The University has many tie-ups with most of the foreign universities and they got student exchange programs too. The faculty is very supportive and motivating. Not only in academics but if they find some exceptional skills also in any student, they motivate them and guide them in that particular field. All our course instructors are well experienced and have good knowledge in their fields. With the help of LPU Live (private messenger used by LPU students and faculty members)- the students can reach out to the mentors at any time from anywhere. This is a great use of today's technologies. Our exams are held every 6months- divided into Midterms and Endterms.

By the end of the second year, the students of BBA are mandatorily required to apply for internships in big organizations. The university provides this service to the students. The highest stipend earned last year was INR 89,000. With the help of its Alumni and great tie-ups, the university is able to get big opportunities for its students. And I think this is a great utilization of the resource they have. In our second year as a part of the summer training- the students are asked to work under NGOs to gain experience and prepare the projects and presentations on the basis of which they are evaluated.

The giants that visit the Lovely Campus to recruit talents include- Cognizant, IBM, Amazon, TATA, Bosch, etc. More than 1000 offers are made every year and approx 99% of students get placed. In the BBA branch- the major role offered is mostly of managerial posts. The highest package bagged is 15LPA and the lowest is 6LPA. After the end of the fifth semester, the students become eligible for the placement drives. The registrations for on-campus placements are done by the end of the first year. LPU has an unbeatable placement record and is improving year after year. The companies visiting IIMs also come to LPU.

The cost of study at Lovely Professional University is high. But the scholarships make them affordable. The majority of the total population of students studying here has taken advantage. If a student feels that he/she has no merits to apply for the scholarship- you guys can apply for LPUNEST- a scholarship examination conducted by LPU. You can choose any 2 subjects you like or is interested in and can sit for the test. The scores you got will decide the percentage of fee waiver you will be eligible for. Note- the scholarship is given on the whole program fees, and there is no requirement or any policy to change or renew it. I got a scholarship of 35% fee waiver on my sports.

There are several clubs and student running organizations functioning inside the campus. It is a great way of having practical experiences. The students learn so much from it, like- Event Management, Team spirit, etc. LPU campus is so big and large. We got our own stadiums inside the campus with the best playing kits and then the GYM facility is also there. The management tried to provide every facility inside the campus. Let me mention that it is a ragging-free campus and also the safest campus. We have students from more than 20 countries as part of LPU. Totally a diversity in itself. Among all the major events conducted on the campus, the most popular ones include- Cokestudio, Spectra, Freshermen, etc. We got the country's largest library inside the campus. Overall LPU campus is really cool and the best.
