An insight of IMT Nagpur

Among all the colleges where I got selected, IMTN was the best option. The college is one of the best in Tier 2 segment considering all the factors such as Alumni, ROI, campus, faculty, reading material, peer group, etc. I used to search about the colleges on Collegedunia only as I found it as the most reliable platform.

I chose this course as after my graduation, I wanted to pursue something that can become the first step on the corporate ladder. The faculty student ratio is 1:15. Most of them are with doctorate. Our exams and trimesters went on time despite of being online system and all the exams were conducted on time.

There are immense number of internship opportunities on the campus for students for different profiles such as Marketing intern, finance intern, research intern, human resources intern, talent acquisition intern, etc.

Placements are pretty decent and quite ineffective from the pandemic. Companies are eager to come on the campus to hire the students for different profiles. The average package is 7.86 LPA and the highest package is 16 LPA.

Our fees is INR 12,10,000 for two year MBA programme. There are various types of scholarship for students. One is given at the time of admission to the students who qualify the admission process and score 90 percentile and above in CAT or XAT. The other scholarship is granted to the topper of the 1st year students.

The life on campus is just super amazing. I have been on campus for 1.5 months and the experience is unforgettable for me. We had at least 7-8 fest and other cultural programs. I ,myself is a part of two committee and forum.

The hostels are well-maintained, clean and hygienic. The rooms are spacious with a bed, almirah, study table and chair. Students have to arrange mattress and pillow on their own. There and other daily necessity materials are easily available on the campus itself.

I attended my GD/PI process in Delhi. It took 4 hours to conclude the whole process. The criteria for the admission is group discussion with 6 students and then Personal interview where 2 of the faculty members took my interview.
