Remarks

MSU BBA has a reputation of being one of the top colleges in my city. The course itself is considered to be one of the best courses in the state. I had a few school seniors from whom I had seeked advise regarding my decision of selecting MSU BBA and all I got from them was positive reviews. The fee structure and course curriculum was also appropriate for a bachelors degree course.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum of MSU BBA was just perfect for anyone wishing to study management. It had the perfect mixture of techincality and practicality. There was ample time between end and mid semester exams. The faculties were exceptionally supportive in projects and lectures and had the perfect understanding of how to deal with a diverse range of students. Every faculty had their own way of teaching and yet somehow it felt like a part of a single greater plan of providing truthful education.

Internships Opportunities

4

A month internship is a signifcant part of the BBA curriculum. It is mandatory. I had secured an internship at Bombardier Transportation Pvt. Ltd. I worked on a training and development project in the HR department. The internship was truely a great learning experience and it gave me a much required industry exposure.

Placement Experience

3.5

Students are eligible to apply for campus placements from 6th Semster. There are enough placements opportunities and the average package is usually 1.5 - 2 lakh. Companies like Nielsen, Collabera and many big ones usually come every year to recruit students from BBA.However, a majority of students usually don't go for campus placements as they wish to pursue a masters degree. I planned for the same.

College Events

Life at campus is so so so good. From activities to clubs to events, BBA is the talk of the town. There are events taking place every month some of the bigger ones are Sankalp- the annual magazine launch, Fortitude: An inter college football event, Bamanos:The Annual cultural event and the grandest event of all BBA BAAZIGAR.Not only that but festive celebrations also take place in a grand way.The infra-structure is quite unique and beautiful. Every classroom had a centralised AC system, projectors and ventilized appropriately. There are numerous social clubs that add to the flair of BBA. The band, the dance group, the creativer writing club, the drama club and most importantly the student association. All in all, LIFE AT BBA will be a life-changing experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

MSU BBA had a 3 tier fee structure. Tier-1: the 25500 group, Tier-2 : the 56000 group and Tier-3 : the 90000 group. Work a little hard in the entrance tests and you can easily book a place in the Tier-1 and Tier-2 group of students. 25500 and 56000 is a lot cheaper than many universities offering the same course. You'll surely get complete value for money.Scholarships are also available, although I didnt feel the need to apply for the same as I secured a place in Tier-1 fee group. The college also provides appropirate placement opportunities for students.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The college is in my hometown and hence I didn't use the hostel facilities myself, but I had many friends who did. The hostel facilities usually have mixed reviews. While for some it was a bad experience while for some it was a happy one.

Admission

After clearing the entrance test, I was selectes for GDPI and WAT. 10 Topics for GD were given to us on the day the results of entrance tests were announces so it was a bit easier to prepare for the same. The topic for my GD was Leadership. I hardly remember the discussion that took place, but it was a healthy one. It lasted for around 15-20 minutes. As for the WAT, we had to write an essay in 30 minutes. The PI experience was truely amazing as well. The interviewers were not as strict as I had imagined and eventually I smiled my way through this entire process. It is very easy to prepare for the GDPI and WAT process. All I did was write an essay every alternate day, accumulate data for GD and be confident in the PI, that's it.

I did this course because I like it very much about it I really want to learn English more as my main subject is English literature. The faculty was so good they give answers every time. very helpful. Well, all faculty members have master's degrees in their profession and also they passed gov. The exam is called B.Ed. Their teaching methods were so good. Very a unique way, Easy to understand. Well, You can give an exam 2 times in a year one is in February and 2 is in September. If you study, You will get passed.

Nowadays exams dates are getting flexible but mostly they are in march to May month Yes, it's tough enough as it is one of the most valued and tough qualification exams. In college, we get many exams monthly very hard though. But the main exams are 3 exams 2 internal exams one is midterm 2nd is before the final exams on full syllabus like preliums And the 3rd one is the final exam university exam ya all of them are very hard to pass.

So from semester, 6 students become eligible for placement for BBA students the offers are less but yes companies do visit for campus placements So previous year the companies which had come were Asian Paints, Flipkart, Amazon, Yes Bank and a few more Almost every company recruited 5-6 students from every batch of BBA and MBA. So the average package was around 4 lakhs per annum and the highest was 8 lakhs per annum. My plans are for getting a campus placement in some bank.
