I got seat in this college based on IIT JEE and my score is 86579. I opted for this college because it is the best college in A.P.

It's good, the courses will be completed as planned and electives like aircraft structure,advanced MOS, vibrations, power plant engineering, production and planning control, automation in machines and project management will be really helpful in the future

As you know the major part of internship providers will not opt for mechanical. But we can apply to these companies privately with the guidance of professors. Their will be no stipend for some private companies and government sector companies like vizag steel plant, Hindustan aeronautics limited, BHEL etc. Some companies do offer stipend like HSL,BARC,ISRO, IPECL.

For mechanical engineering placements and jobs are limited in present situation especially for core companies. But our college brings companies like TCS, WIPRO, MICROSOFT, INFOTECH, TECH MAHINDRA etc which will take majority of the students.

There will be many technical fest's all through the year conduct ed by different branches of engineering and some will be quarterly whereas some are annual. But while coming to cultural fest they happen once a year excluding annual day. But these cultural fest will be of less hype compared to technical fest.

Fee structure is affordable considering it is the top college in A.P. But, the fees are increasing gradually from year to year. In 2013 it used to be 86k whereas now in 2015 it is 105k. This may be hard for some students but the government is paying the fees for poor and merit people. Thus helps relieving in buttload of problems.

Yes, the government of Andhra Pradesh is offering scholarship for merit and poor students. Which helps them in pursuing their dreams. The people who doesn't come into this category can take education loans which can be paid while doing a job.

As you know time exponentially flows when you are studying engineering especially during exam days. So, I should say exams and labs will be going hectically. But once we enter the exam hall everything will be chilled out. So,no pressure there but the pre-exam preparations are definitely a mess.

My college provide many professors who did research in abroad and settled here. Their knowledge is outstanding and they are the authors of many text books used by mechanical students and faculties. Even the assistant professors in our college or either PhD or mtech holders.
