Lovely Professional University ranks under the top 50 best private universities of India. It is a well-maintained university with various opportunities. I selected this university because of its world-class infrastructure, great environment, and especially the kind of reputation it has in the corporate world. LPU Alumni is scattered all over the world. One could easily make an impression on you by looking the at the brand name (LPU). One bad aspect of LPU, which I think is a bad aspect actually- due to crowd in the courses, maybe not every student would be able to get highlighted, but one has to stand out of the crowd which is again a challenge. I am from the Management branch of LPU. I m pursuing BBA Hons. I chose this course because I wish to become an Analyst in the future. I was from a humanities background but it wasn't difficult for me to switch to this course. Everything makes sense to me and I even find them easy. The faculty's relationship with the students is like a family member. The teachers make us feel so comfortable and they are very frank and understanding. LPU recruiters make sure to bring the best education quality and thus they have an excellent faculty. Almost all the teachers are well experienced and excellent in their fields of teaching. We have two semesters per year. Two exams are conducted every semester and 3 assignments are given for every subject.

Yes, with its strong industry tie-ups LPU provides great internship opportunities to its students. It is compulsory in my course to get a year internship under a company/organization by the end of our 4th semester. On the basis of the projects done by us, the companies would recruit us. The companies that have provided internship to the students in the past are- Amazon, TCS, Hindustan Unilever, HDFC, etc. LPU all together provides us with lots of training and prepares us to become a leader in the corporate world.

The university has a great alumni network. Lakhs of students have already graduated from this prestigious college in all the branches of courses. Therefore this has resulted in a broad resource pool for the university for additional tie-ups and placements. Thus, with unbreakable placement records, LPU stands strong in this category. For our BBA Hons, the highest package has gone to 15.5LPA and the minimum is 6LPA. I will appear for the placement drive and would love to have some experience before pursuing MBA. Organizations that come to recruit are- TATA, Infosys, IBM, Times of India, etc.

The scholarship schemes provided by Lovely Professional University are so helpful. Education has become so expensive that even if one gets a chance to save 10,000 it gives a different level of satisfaction. I scored 90% in my 12th board examination and I got a fee waiver of 45% on my complete course. I am litrally saving INR 35,550 every semester! Such financial assistance is deserving kudos. It is a very big step as trying to grant every student some financial assistance is not easy. And LPU has that courage to do that. My overall expense in the UG has decreased and I can use the saved money for my PG course.

This is not it, you can even have the access to one of India's largest library which is LPU's central library with 25000+ books and ebooks. Many sports events take place inside the campus, all the levels, college level, city level, state, national and international. The campus is a hub of opportunities for upcoming and existing entrepreneurs. The campus is very safe with no ragging issues. It is the safest campus with thousands of cameras and security guards always there to help if ever in need. The students are never out of activities. By conducting various cultural events, and many debates and tournaments, the university makes sure that students learn while having fun. I am eagerly waiting for the college to reopen and have all these great experiences.
