LPU- A PLATFORM OF YOUR SUCCESS 'REVIEW'

There were many reasons to choose this college over others- 1. The most important is that company used to visit here for hiring students which is the great thing (if you have potential you can get good placement over here) 2. Being honest, it takes student even the grades are low in your 12th standard while the other good colleges will look for your good grades. 3. Here you can avail good scholarship if you are deserving one ( By your 12th or 10th marks or by giving LPU NEST scholarship test ) 4. Infrastructure- LPU's infrastructure is one of the best in the world. Its library has lakhs of books on various subjects. It has University Mall, banking facilities and much more. Cons- The average salary of the students gets placed is low ( But it depends on the students if they are deserving the company gives more ).

I have chosen BBA Honors because I wanted to develop good managerial skills. LPU has a good number of faculty member as well as students so sometimes there is a lot of competition for getting placed. As far as the Qualification of faculty is concerned in my course, they are all highly qualified. As I had taken admission in corona time so the classes have been running online since then. We all having a meeting using an online platform called 'CODETANTRA'. It is quite easy to use platform with lots of facilities like viewing recording if the missed class for any chance, there is a function of screen sharing, webcams and many more. From my experience so far in this university I am quite happy with the faculty and teaching method(looking at the present Corona time). The exam has been taken quite timely but the problem is students get less time to prepare for the exam as the syllabus ends a few days before the exam date. The difficulty level is average, students can pass the exam if they have attended all the class

Normally, the campus placement season of LPU begins at the pre-final/final semester. It commences in the month of July and goes on till the end of the academic year. As I am still in the online platform but the data I got tells that the highest package is 42 lakh per annum given by Microsoft and the average package 3-5lakh per annum. This university provides you with the platform, it's your potential that offers you the package you deserve.

Looking at the LPU, the only things that come to your mind is High fee, definitely, is and it is not just about looking at their tuition charge. They charge more than that like 5000 as an examination fee per semester, some extra charge for reappearing in any exam ( don't know the exact number). Moreover, if you want to take a hostel they charge it high even more than your tuition fee. They charge extra for using the facilities like gym, swimming pool etc. Different Discipline has different sets of fees even 1 course can have different fees at a different time (if joined late you have to pay more) The great thing about LPU is scholarship, I must say this university provides you with Good scholarship and even they will give you more chance to prove yourself let it be your 10th marks, 12th marks, or by giving LPU NEST exam( LPU nest is quite easy for scoring marks). As I had not visited the campus yet because we are all taking classes on the online platform. So I won't be able to tell you about the all other detail but I can tell you about their Library. It's quite huge with more than 20+ lakhs books. They have a good infrastructure for playing sports and for doing extracurricular activities too.
