Experiences at LPU

To talk about the good aspect- One will get everything inside one campus. Parent's usually get worried, whether to send their ward to a big city or not. This campus can give you relief as the students inside are safe and rarely they will need to go out. The scholarship opportunities are vast here. Another thing is a simple admission procedure. I just had to upload some of my documents and pay INR 10,000 to confirm my seat. This 10,000 got included in my fees so there was nothing extra charged by them. Lovely Professional University is an ocean of opportunities for every student. They got value for every skill, the talent you got. One will surely have a quality life here and after graduating it will continue with everything you will collate and take away from here. Collegdunia and Shiksha are the sites that helped me to select this college. Apart from the websites, the Lpuuniversity official page on Instagram also gave detailed information about the activities going on in the college.

I am a BBA student at LPU. I am interested in business so I pursued this course. One who has good communicating skill, want to start their own business or run their family's business can take this coarse or want to get placed in a good position in a company, this coarse gives them a base for that. Faculty here are very humble and always ready to help their students in every possible way. Even after college, whenever you need them in your life, they'll always be there. Student's too love and respect their teacher a lot. In every semester you will have 2 exams- midterm(after 2months of class commence) and end term (5th month). Two semesters a year, therefore it's a 3year course so- 6 semester is what you need to answer.

Yes! LPU offers a various internship opportunity for all the students. Throughout the course, the student here is always in practice to get prepared for the future. The roles offered to the students here are usually of a marketing manager and an HR manager. I am still in the first year so I don't have any idea about the tasks and outcomes.

At the end of the 4th semester, it is important to join a one year internship for every student. On the completion of that, the student becomes eligible to appear for placement drives. Companies like- Tata, Amazon, Flipkart, HDFC Bank, Bosch Engineering and many more. For a BBA student- the minimum package is 3.5LPA and the highest is 15LPA- anyway it depends upon the performance of the student. 97% of student get placed every year. I shall continue my further studies after completing my BBA.

According to the fee structure on the university website, it is very costly, but the scholarship program here is a way of relief. For my course the per semester fee - 79000, but on my 12th marks, I got a 35% scholarship (fee waiver) so I am paying 50,700 only/semester only. It comparatively very less in comparison to other colleges. We have not yet gone to our campus, but there are many many many job opportunities available in the university itself. The students can earn their pocket money by working part time.

Hey, now coming to this question of how is the campus life in LPU, I didn't get a chance to witness it, and I am really sad about it. But what I have seen on various social media platforms- life in LPU is bliss. One can access the university library even at night (after12 AM). There are various big libraries there having every kind of books a student will ever need. I have not seen my classroom yet so I can't give a review on that. The campus itself has many stadiums for every sport. The swimming pool here is of the same size as an OLYMPIC Pool. You can access them anytime and can take part in the various sport events of your choice. Some Clubs and social groups run by students are- Disaster management, Foreign and research education initiation, Artisan and many more.
