With the help of Collegedunia.com I was able to compare(BIT) and other private universities with LPU, and made the correct choice-LPU. Then and there I decided, that I would go to LPU only. It had everything- no complicated selection processes, safe campus, scholarship benefits, Innovative Teaching Pedagogies, Industry Oriented Curriculum. In comparison to other colleges, LPU is always one step ahead. It ranks under the top 50 universities of India. The management college of LPU-Mittal School of Business is ACBSP Accredited( Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs). It is an excellent indicator of the quality of the program and is also highly respected. LPU conducted the admission process in 4 phases (from June to August). One just has to upload the documents and submit 10,000 INR to reserve their seats, and you are done. After that, they will ask you to complete the formalities only. LPUNEST (scholarship exam) is available for all. Other scholarships include- Sports, Merit.

I have pursued BBA Hons from LPU. Coarse Outcomes- Decision making, Business knowledge, Sustainability and Ethics, Communication, Holistic development, Leadership and teamwork, Analytical skills, comprehend the skills and industry environment and assess its impact on business profitability and competitive advantage, demonstrate competence to contribute to rationale business decision based on management principles and analysis. The faculty here are well qualified and experienced, also very very supportive and understanding. Any student here can contact their course instructor anytime with the help of LPU Live ( a messenger app used by every LPU student and teacher), one can even call them in the time of need. Teachers here use this app to communicate and send study materials, home-works, tasks, etc. Management students here get trained for life beyond scoring good marks in semester exams. Currently, semester exams are being conducted online-(MCQ Based)4months/semester-its quite easy.

LPU provides good one-year internship opportunities for BBA students. Top internship providing companies here are, TOI, Nestle, HDFC Bank and many more. The top roles offered in BBA are Human Resource Manager, Marketing Manager. It is compulsory for every student to go through an internship at the end of the 4th semester. Rest, I am still here to witness it.

According to the data, about 97% of students get placed here. The highest package offered 17 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Companies like- Flipkart, Amazon, Wipro, HDFC, Sony, Kotak Bank, ITC are top recruiters. To talk about my plan after getting a degree is to get places, obviously. I believe that more experience more opportunities. So to get a job is the first priority for me and then will start preparing for CAT.

I am among those students who are still waiting to visit the college. Due to Covid, I have not been to my college yet but I can write what I am aware of LPU offers many scholarship opportunities to its students, not only merit (10th, 12th) based but- National Level Tests, Sports, Culture, Co-curricular, Social Service, Bravery Awards, fee concession for Para-Military, CAPF personnel and their dependents, for Orphan Applicants, and Person with a certain disability. Don't get disappointed if you don't have any of the above- Yes, LPU even has something for you too- You can appear for the LPUNEST exam, depending upon your score you can get a fee waiver. Thus, in LPU nothing goes in vain. Education has become so expensive but this fee waiver help students like me who belongs to a middle-class family. I was eligible for a 35% fee waiver on my 12th board (86%) mark sheet - applied in the 4th phrase.

I have witnessed none. This Covid-19 has taken away our 1st year of college already. I just hope, soon we get to go there. But still many virtual events are being organized. Like, Freshmen 2020, You can check out some on Youtube and Instagram official page (LPU University). Many online celebrations are also been conducted. The university has various student clubs and organizations run by students themselves and organize International as well as National events on campus. LPU Campus is flooded with student running ventures and businesses. Some names of the on-campus businesses being run are UNI-Mall that has over 70 shops, E-Rickshaws, Modern-Traditional Cafes and shops. Many National and International sports event are also being conducted here. A few student organizations and clubs are- KINGHILLS, Illuminati, Club20, Club ElecTech Illuminati Racers etc.

Again, I've not been there yet. But according to my knowledge, especially for girls, I have a suggestion to make- Taking the safety and facilities into consideration at least for the first-year ones, please girls it would be better if you choose a hostel over PGs. The Campus has got everything inside, Mall, Hospital, Stadiums, Parks, then why stay out. I would agree that hostel charges are expensive but I think it's worth it also. At least you are safe inside. On University Management System(UMS), the student can avail the desired hostel-AC/Non-AC, 1, 2, 3, 4 Seater. Law Gate is a well known PG close to the University.
