Remarks

College has a campus of 40 acres, our college has two playgrounds, a greenish campus, wifi, smart class. College takes admission through aktu, bteup, and direct through merits. I suggest this college bcz knowledgeable faculty and lab. CNC lab, 3d painter lab.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course bcz many government and Private jobs are offered in this course. Every department has sufficient faculty and lab in-charge. Every teacher has a mtech degree and some of the faculty have PHD. Teaching methods are awesome.

Course Fees: INR 49150 per year

Placement Experience

Last semester students. College organized 3 job fairs every year, in which 40 to 50 companies visit per day and about 70-80% of senior placed in last year. They offered 2.5l to 5 lpa. Companies visit L&T, HCl, Wipro etc

Fees and Financial Aid

College fee is less to other engineering colleges. They provide labs, smart classrooms, seminars, etc. The college has a scholarship department which helps us to take scholarships under the various government scheme. College also provides internal scholarship on the behalf of merits to the meritorious students. About 70 to 80% of students got jobs from the campus. Because college organized 3 job fair every year.

Campus Life

The college organized many events and technical fest. Aur college fest is Pragyan, which is a 3-day program in which we play cricket, and many games. The last day of our Pragyan DJ night organized by the college. In our college library, many books are available related to our course. College how many books College classrooms are smart, a whiteboard in every classroom, a camera, and projector in the classroom, AC in every classroom. s related to competition examination also.

Hostel Facilities

College provides in the hostel room fan, AC, desk chair and bed, wardrobe, library room in a hostel, indoor game, gym ins hostels. Girls hostel is also available. Canteen, the general store is also available. Menu decided by every year student representative. The food of the hostel is awesome and clean. Room or Pg also available, but I suggest college hostel bcz hostel fee is affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 55000 per year

Our study is important but the most important thing is the placement, which makes your career better. Our college has campus placement and many companies visit and hire our students. In many branches, not all the students get the placement but the students who are toppers and who are good in their study get the placement. I also dream to get a placement so that I can get a job quickly after my diploma. For that, I am really working hard and improving my skills, knowledge, and my scores. Tata Motors, Layam Group, Myntra, Bajaj, and other companies come to our college for the placement. In the final year of our course, this opportunity comes to us and we are very much awaited for that.

Best engineering college for BTech and polytechnic. Architecture department are also in our college. Labs, laboratories, libraries. Buses with camera. Girl hostels.

Placement Experience:

In the last semester, our senior get a job in many respected companies. About 70 to 80% of students placed in every year. About 40 students placed in Mechanical in core companies in this. Covid time by virtual placement drive. And minimum package for diploma student is 2.5 LPA to 5lpa.

Placement Experience:

Many companies visited our campus. Every year more than 90 percent of students placed in companies like Shalimar,eldeco, BCC, etc. The percentage should not below 60 percent for participate in interviews. Minimum salary package for freshers of diploma engineering hired 3.5 lakhs per annum. I am planning to go for the government junior engineers exam after completing my diploma

BEST GOVT. POLYTECHNIC IN UP

Remarks:

Positives Beautiful Campus : This might seem irrelevant to some, but the natural beauty is what comes to your rescue when you feel you have hit rock-bottom. Single Rooms : People have different opinions about this, but I have come to respect this particular facility at our campus. Location of campus (away from city) : This is a very subjective issue, but I think that the location of campus (distance from city) leaves us lesser distractions. Negatives :- Weak Alumni Base : Although it is definitely possible to achieve any goal in life without assistance from alumni, but their experience can definitely make the journey simpler for many. However, lately, many alumni of IIT Guwahati are connecting back with the student community and I am grateful to them for taking out their time for interacting with us. Single Rooms : Yes, I covered this in positives as well, but I think I must point out the cons of this facility. Students, especially in the first year, might feel lonely and find it hard to interact with others. A shared room provides you with one or more readily accessible friends whose privacy you can breach without asking, from day one. Mess : However the Mess System is undergoing a lot of changes, this is one aspect that has a lot of scope for improvement.
