I chose this course in Mechanical Engineering because I want to pursue a career in manufacturing and production field. I wanted to learn aspects of mechanical engineering in a better. All the faculty members are experts in their subjects and all of them have completed their doctorate degrees. Faculty to students ratio is generally 1:16. All the faculty members are very generous to Student they pay equal attention to every student. They always introduce you to real-world problems and explains every single topic with their practical application.

Many companies provide internship opportunity to students such as Sahni which provide manufacturing internship to students ate many companies such as capillary tech provide business analyst internship and some companies provide internship for software developers. Students are given real-time projects to work on. So they will get experience in their field and many of them get permanent placement offers also.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 30 -40 companies use to visit the campus every year with almost 500-600 offers to profile such as software developer business analyst few companies also visit for the post of production engineers with the highest package of rs 35 LPA to an average package of 3-4 LPA. And many companies give offers 6 LPA To 12.5 LPA. Almost 98 to 99% of students get placed. I want to pursue masters after working in the production field for 2-3 yrs of experience.

Fees for tution and admission is 83211 Rs/year if you want to stay in hostel 20511 Rs will be charged yearly plus 2500 for mess/month. Fee hikes are generally 4000 after every 3 - 4 year. All types of scholarships are available for students such as Medhavi scholarship scheme according to which students who will score certain rank in the entrance exam and certain % in their higher secondary exam will get retention from complete fees. All types of book with different writers are available for every subject. All classrooms are well-furnished inspite of that that some blocks in college are contructed 20 years ago. Classrooms are equipped with many hitech devices and are under cctv serviliance. Sports are conducted by IET Sports club they organise sports in 2 phases during different semesters in 1st phase indoor sports tae played and I second phase outdoor sports are held. Rooms are provided with LAN connection with speed up to 150 Mbps all fans are provided to students in hostel rooms. Gym facility is provided. There is a total of 4 hostels 3 boys hostel and 1 girl's hostel. Each room is shared by 2 students. Mess food is of fine quality and taste with a different menu for evry single day of the week. Plus breakfast which cost 2500 rs/month. Registration for a hostel is based on first come first serve system. Hostel is very affordable than any other pg hostel outside the campus.
