Great eastern institute of maritime studies, Lonavala

This college is good for DNS leading to BSc Nautical Science with skilled teachers. This College is one of the top colleges in South Mumbai which has ample space for all the activities it has also acquired its autonomous degree which make this college better management of my college is on point and it's a dream college to be a part. It's convenient to go to the college bec it is surrounded by all means of road transport nearby.

I choose this course because I am interested in ship navigation. The faculty: student ratio is 1:20. All the faculty are retired captain of the ships. There teaching methods is very unique. There are two semesters in a year and exams are held in the month of June and December. Exams are not so much difficult.

Big opportunity to get easily placement. A lot of companies came every 6 months. There is a special class for students on how to crack interviews during placement time which very helpful for students. The faculty will provide every possible help to get selected for the interview.

Basically, this is one year course and whose fees are up to 7 lakhs. There's no scholarship in this college. But the job guarantee is 100 percent with monthly stipend 15 thousand. And I think it is less in comparison to today's world.

Every year somiaiyan fest was performed and organized by college faculty. The library size is quite big there are lots of scientific books available. There is an inter-college competition between our college and neighbouring colleges. The matches like ka Badi, cricket, carrom, rackets, table tannies, kho kho, and much more competition are performed. There is a social media group of college which is Handel by senior student in Instagram there are 2 main groups in Instagram is created and handled by college and students.
