I had written PET (MHCET) entrance exam.i had scored 98 out 200. College infrastructure is decent and computer labs are also well maintained and up to date.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college comes under nagpur university. It is now semester wise. They have 1st to 8th semester. Course curriculum is remains same for 1 and 2 sem and after they have branch wise curriculum. He course structure is quite good but needs to be updated by university.
Internships Opportunities
During my tenor they did not provide any internship. But we have many industrial tours and educational trips to various companies.
Placement Experience
On campus placement is not as good.but they provide off campus to students where they need to attend the interview in other colleges. But now the placement cell is very actively working to get companies in their campus. Every year around 20-30 students got placed from all branches and the average package they got is 3-4 LPA.
College Events
There are many Technical as well as Cultural events organised by college. It starts with the freshers party where the 1st year student welcomed by the seniors. College organised and support many other technical events and workshops organised by students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure- feasible. The annual fee for full time engineering course is around 60000. Which includes college uniform and welfare amount. Apart from the college fee if any one wants to opt for hostel then they need to pay Hostel fees which is 25000.
Fees and Financial Aid
Their are some banks which have tie up with college. So one can easily opt for the educational loan without any long and hectic procedure.
Alumni/Alumna
The college have very strong Alumni network and every year they organised Alumni meets. The Alumni are working in different industries on senior level and very helpful.
Exam Structure
Exams and Labs are always been very hectic but the faculty is very cooperative and easily approachable so it help students to get their doubts clear easily. Students get 10-15 days preparations leaves and 1-2 days gaps in between the exams for preparations.
Admission
I got admission by CAP rounds carried out by Directorate of technical education. They conduct 4 rounds. In each round you have to fill the online choice form. There are some criteria on which the seats are allocated which includes you Entrance exam scores.
Faculty
Manohar Bhai Patel Institute of Engineer and Technology is established in 1984. The faculty is quite senior and well experienced holding good industrial knowledge. Very few faculty is qualified and interested is the faculty to teach a particular course.
