Remarks

This college is located in bhubaneswar the capital of the state and hence here there is more exposure and opportunities is high and the fees is also lesser than other private engineering colleges and this college come under BPUT.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course,Academics and Faculties are very good here.The college conducts internals, tests,lab tests, viva, assignment submissions.The teachers are good and have enough knowledge about their respective subjects and are very friendly.

Wipro, infosys, TCS are the major companies who visit this campus. They are mass recruiters of Silicon. Almost every one get placed and our college has good placement opportunities.

Our college has many clubs to keep us entertained throughout your college life and many functions also held.Annual functions conducted each year are NOESIS and TECH FEST. and the students council conducts different functions, competitions, matches to keep the students entertained throughout the year.

Fees and Financial Aid

No not availed any scholarship. There is scholarship for eligible student. Yes one can take loan and study.

Campus Life

Campus is good. It consists of two academic blocks, hostel for both boys and girls, lawn, basketball court, football and cricket ground. Then there is a cafeteria for refreshments and enjoyment. It is very good campus and greenery.

Hostel Facilities

Yes I have opted for hostel. The hostel rooms are good. In each room 4 students are allowed. Facilities like water, electric connections,laundry facilities. Washrooms are also good. Overall hostel is nice.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

My College Life.

Placement Experience:

Students after 5th semester are allowed to get pre placement training. And then from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited to our college for recruitment are like TCS, Accenture,Zenus, Infosys etc Average package in my college is 8LPA and the highest package of this year is 25LPA. Almost 70 percent students get placement. My plan is to get a job as a Software Engineer in Google with a package of 30LPA.

I just love the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I just love the subject thats why I chosed the course. The curriculum preparation for real-world applications of further academypursuits well. We can improve our lab area and class room also we need some more space. The frequency time of exam is not very good.

In 5th semester the campus is coming to give you jobs. The company are vedant ltd, jsw, tata, reliance etc, outside companies also come. Maruti Suzuki. 60 to 70 per cent of students gate the job. I am also job junior engineer at Tata.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Admission:

I filled my form online and provided my cl-12th results with my application as per their demand.Later they also took my entrance exam. And on the basis of my 12th results and my entrance test results,they enrolled me in our college.
