Remarks
It's Bhubaneswar no.1 best college. Big campus, well and big structure, big library. The environment of study is good. Good teaching, extracurricular activities are done as it is a govt. College's admission fees are very less Rs-1975/ and you have to pay semester fees. The reason I choose this university is that it has the best sociology department and faculty members are very helpful and have good educating practices.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose sociology for masters. It has good job opportunities as we live in society, it's very important to know your society and it's practised. Teaching faculty is outstanding. Student capacity is 48. We have timely exams 2 years of Master's includes 4 semesters including 4 mid sem. Exams pattern is easy.
Fees and Financial Aid
Admission fee -Rs-1975/ and also include seminar fee, seminar fee depends upon the department. Also, the college provides various scholarship to meritious students and Sc, St, physically disabled students get a lot of scholarships.
Campus Life
We have annual fest and tech fest also and we go on various study tours from the department. The campus has a good environment for studying. Ample amount of books and journals in the library not only of the subject of the campus but also contains a lot of competitive books available in the library. We have various college sports team and Inter college sports competition. Many students welfare clubs and student union is also there in the campus.
Interview Experience
For getting admission into masters. You have to give college entrance exam its include 70 marks of your concern subject and 30 marks of gk. You have to be well prepared for the entrance exam, it's a bit difficult.
