Remarks

This college is made by IEMUEM group which is no 1 private college in Kolkata. I have also seen many reviews from YouTube and also ask the local people about the college. They also said that UEM,Kolkata is a very much disciplined college and it also gives good placement That's why I have choose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well designed and CSE is one of the trending course in this era and the faculty members of UEM,Kolkata is really good and helpfull even the chancellor and Vice-chancellor sir give us there tweeter to talk to them privately.

Internships Opportunities

I have got 2-3 internship from Internshala but due to the study pressure of college I am unable to finish them timely that's why I didn't get any internship certificate.

Placement Experience

All the big companies like TCS, CTS, Cognizant, Wipro,HCL visits our campus rather than them many companies from Bangalore and other states also comes to hire employee from our college. One of my batch met has made a new scanner app named snaplingo during the banning of China apps and the app is also available in play store. one of my senior has also participated in student biswakarma for 2 times and he has secured 4th or 5th place and he has also applied for 2 patents.

College Events

A lots of extracurricular activities are there in our college. We have official drama club, dance club, painting club, singing club, quiz club, essay club and many more and they also arranges a lots of events like maker fair, Estancia etc to showcase our talents.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes our college gives scholarship based on the HS marks. It should be greater than 85% to get the scholarship.

Campus Life

Our Sports ground is a bit small but the library has enough books and it remains open for 24*7 for the students. Our college has a huge no of WiFi but as the no of student is also huge sometimes it's little much problematic but they are very careful about the infrastructure required for the classes. They also change the problematic microphone, light, fan or a computer at only one report.

Hostel Facilities

No I have opted for PG but I heard from my friends that the hostel is not good at all. Because the food and some of the roommates are also too much annoying in the hostels. And there is only a cook and 2 security guard to mentor the students. No hostel in charge is there.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from 7 and 8 semester also their are many placement on thee intern companies. thier are total of 50 t0 60 companies that visits year which leads to very good placement percentage, in mining its above 90 percent. companies which come are infosys, microsoft, google , coal india, tcs, pwc etc. the higest pacage was 39 lacs by coal india. as mentioned above the placement is very good and almost everybranch placement is between 79 to 95 percentage of student which are placed, their are many mass recruiter if you didnt get the best pacakge you still have the chance to get a good package from the mass recruiter. my plan after degree is to advance in computer science even if i dont have the branch but i have the passion to do coding and become a web developer also i will try to get some more degree like mba and mtech and i will also try if i get selection to study abroad.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in NIPER Kolkata. Most of my batchmates got placed in several companies. The average packages differ between different departments. But mostly they are between 4.5 to 8 LPA. The institute also offers internships in different reputed companies.

the reality of kd college

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am from Commerce background so I need to make my career on this way so I choose this course . The faculty and student receive is not good the students and the faculty ratio is 10 : 5 The faculties are educated from various university and institutes they know everything but they are unable to delivered them to us as because they are some aggressive attitude. In every six months there is a semester and it is very difficult to pass if you don't study anything from the first.

Excellence with good culture of academic and infrastructure

If frustration would have a definition.

If you want to join ths college you have give IEMJEE (their own admission exam) or through WBJEE Exam. But don't worry pal half of it's admission is done by management quota and rest of the seat is seal by external broker.
