Remarks

University Business school is one of the prestigious collection, which is a part of Panjab University Chandigarh. The only factor that attracts me towards it is the environment on the campus and the factor of return on investment. The faculty and all the staff members are really helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is comprehensive and covers all the aspects that are required to learn in MBA journey. UBS is having talented and knowledgeable faculty, who provide us real life experiences virtually. I would like to mention one of my favourites professors here, Prof. Manoj Kumar Sharma, he is a brilliant teacher.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Placement Experience

I don't have the exact idea, as I am in the fresh batch. But as per the Analysis I get to know that due the number of companies used to visit UBS for the final placements for eg HDFC, KPMG, TATA

College Events

University Business School is having multiple cells and clubs, headed my one faculty and run by the students itself. Placement cell, Business cell, Alumni Relations cell, Public Relation cell. I am a member of Business cell and organised some events under the guidance of senior batch.

Campus Life

Panjab University is one of the oldest universities of Punjab, so definitely that infrastructure would not be the perfect and reformed one. The building is based upon old blocks. The area is pretty windy.

Overall im loving this college

Placement Experience:

For placement students can apply in their last year respectively Top recruiters at UICTE include Reliance, GAIL, Honeywell, ExxonMobil, and Technip, offering many roles, but exact offer numbers aren't publicly available. Highest package for chemical engineering this year is 12 LPA and average is around 5 to 7LPA I want to do something of my own after this degree

Placement Experience:

after 7th semester students are eligible for process of placemet many company recenty visited like tcs and infosys .average pacakage is around 700000 and highest pacakage is around 5200000 . 70% students got placed My plan is to join a good company after degree

There are on compus placement and few companies visit. But very few students are only selected and offered a package of around 5-6 lpa. Oracle, fy, hdfc etc In percentage placement is around 10%. I plan to apply for off campus placements and don't have any plans for mtech or any other cource.

I want to go abroad for higher studies and after that work for a multinational company. I will be able to learn so much about what has been taught to us, the highest package that was given was 42 lakh per annum and the minimum is 10 lakh per annum and CSE gets the highest number of the package.

Remarks:

This college is the best college in northern punjab. Also my house is near to this college.The placement for nurses are best. Education is best quality. Best practical knowledge. The cultural events boost up confidence. Duties in the hospitals are up to the mark. Timing and training given is best by my college.

A genuine review by a genuine person whom you can relied upon.

A person needs to take the CAT entrance test and have graduated in any stream with a minimum of 50% for the general category and 45% for other categories. As there is no such cutoff for CAT. Best ROI

It takes admissions through CAT examination and GD+PI round.Applications starts from December and we have to provide documentation through mail, various types of reservations are their for eg ex-servicemen, rural area , single girl child etc which one can view on prospectus available online. The weightage of CAT percentile is more ,but students should also focus on Gd/pi because it really plays part in admission process,so after gd/pi students are assigned ranks and admission takes place accordingly.
