Remarks
I chose this college because based on my marks, I could get a seat here for the course of my choice. Seats in this college as well as university are very limited and competition is high as well. So once alloted, I took admission without a second thought.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum followed here is updated regularly as per directives of AAU Jorhat and ICAR. It has all the required faculties from concerned departments which offer the courses at different semesters
Placement Experience
Students can take up entrepreneurship and business as there are plenty of opportunities in this field. In terms of jobs they are eligible for ADO, AFO, AO etc in govt and banking sector. However they can also apply for general jobs, not specific for agri graduates as well
College Events
Inside the campus, students have opprtunity to develop their extra curricular activities and also shiwcase them through various events held throughout the year. The best ones also get chance to participate in inter College and Inter University fests.
Campus Life
The college has all the required facilities such as classrooms, department building, labs, library, hostels, playground as well as beautifully maintained gardens and greenery all around. An auditorium is also under construction as of now.
Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostels for both girls and boys. Generally, the rooms are 2 seater with individual bed, cup board and table-chair. It also has spacious and well furnished dining hall to accommodate all the hostel dewllers during the meals
