Remarks

There weren't any factors that made me choose this college in particular and about the course i chose it because my elder sister wanted me to choose this course and i have a particular interest in corporate industry.

Course Curriculum Overview

We were provided with a industrial tour to bajaj motors and about facilities i think our HOD Mr. Gurpreet singh is a very good teacher. Earlier there were different facilities but later due to some reasons the facilities were changed the new facilities were also quite friendly and easy going but the new HOD was more approachable.

Class Size: 7Course Fees: INR 28000 per year

None. I guess I haven't heard of this as of now. None of our seniors have a placement that is provided by our college.

College Events

The cultural activities are only fresher's party, farewell and a teacher's day event and the scale is not big neither it is flashy. Even the students sometimes are unwilling to participate so the teachers have to force them to participate.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is only one scholarship I have heard about and that is Scholarship for the minority students. There aren't any loans that our college provides as of my knowledge.

Campus Life

About infrastructure there is hardly anything to mention. There is no proper wi-fi facility(daily limit is 10mb or so). And in the name of library we only have a 5??5 room with limited books it is smaller than my store room.

Placement Experience:

You can play all around your course and university as per the course have made necessary placements arrangements before hand. So I think one who studies here probably takes admission with a gaurateed core placements. Placements are a big show here as the toblerone of placements is highest here.

Versatile college with good RoI

Placement Experience:

One of the best thing I saw here is placement. If a student is willing to do job then this college is appropriate place from him or her.. Students are placed in IT , SALES , FINANCE, EDTECH , TRANSPORT, DRUGS , etc Students are eligible for jobs and placed from the beginning of pre final semester and can apply in each and every company as per required skills. Not big tech Faang companies visit the campus but a decent level IT companies and limited visit the campus. And conduct their interviews and exams process. Although interview rounds are tough and offcourse nail biting competition among the students. The highest package this year till now 34 LPA by an American MNC . Average package is 550000. Approximately 90 percent students got placed in different domains and fields. My plans are so clear. I will take the job first in IT companies and get some experience on ground level and will grow further.

GEU is a world class place to study!

Placement Experience:

Pringle, The Sleep Co, Lenskart, Luscious, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Google, Facebook and every tech company which potentially can come have come to our college for placements. On and average placements worth 6-40 LPA are common. Since some students miss out so on a whole the placements average stands a little below 10 LPA.

Placement Experience:

One don't have to go round and round as placements are done well within the time as most students here are placed by 7th semester. Those who left behind can try their luck on day zero as we have mass companies coming for a 3 day event and hire as many as they can.

Doon University - A descent college for btech course for residents of dehradun

Placement Experience:

The placements of this particular college are not good as much as i have heard about the placements of this university's before batches. They are still fighting and trying to get better placements for the senior batches which I wish they get it done, or i dont know what will happen in my time. The 7th or 8th semester is the one from which the students become eligible for campus placements. The name of the companies which offered were TCS, Infosys, HCL, Amazon, ICICI Bank etc. the average package of the college is about 4-5 LPA. Onlu 50-60% of the students or lesser are getting placements in the college. My plans are to do Mtech afterwards i complete my btech course in this college.

GEU provides best Intenrships!

Placement Experience:

Graphic has a training program and for every CSE student who haven't done intenrships it's mandatory for them to do that. So, because I did intenrships I don't have to attend those workshops but I have internship certificate. So, placements happen in the final year and Amazon, Birlasoft and likewise many companies recruit students of GRAPHIC Era University.

In the situation of COVID 19 i choose this college and those students who are unable to spend more money are get admission in this college. It's not only the fault of the college but also the politician who is the owner of this college and major in our education system.
