Remarks

My aim is to become a CA. For achieving my aim I choose Bcom finance and taxation for my graduation level. My home town is kochi and the college is near to my home. And I also hear that the college is best for my course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is very difficult to complete within the prescribed period. But my college faculties however complete their syllabus within the prescribed period with maximum effort. All the faculties is very experience. All are good in their subject. Rajani Bhat ma'am is good in income tax and GST.

Class Size: 49Course Fees: INR 1800 per year

Placement Experience

Their is no campus selection in my college for Bcom course. I don't know about other courses. It is the only drawback for my college. The students will lose the chance of campus placement. But the department conduct food festival to encourage the entrepreneurship behavior among students.

College Events

College conduct arts week and sport day for students. Also conduct inter college festival. It is very helpful to enjoy my college life in both academic and extracurricular activities. The library also help me by providing reference books and other books like comic, drama, story, poetry, etc in Malayalam, English and Hindi. College also provide free Wi-Fi for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is based on mg University. Various methods of teaching are adopted by our faculty like slides, debate and role play. The exam duration for internal exams are 1.5 hrs and sem exam of 3hrs.

Remarks:

Nice college, good campus, more practical sessions, educating with live workshops for better understanding, teachers are more supportive.the college is in my home town so less distance, extra curricular activities are also included.

The main factor which drove me to take admission in this college is it one of the best colleges for women. The fee structure is feasible for all the courses. The college is situated within city. The reason why I chose this course is that it has more job opportunities and there is more scope for taxation during upcoming years.

Cochin college campus life

Cochin college was quite good because of its well-experienced faculties in the department of botany .you can get clear theoretical knowledge from your professors but the laboratory facilities are too old there are not many things to explore in the laboratory and campus also. You must use the library facilities of the college. This is an mg university-affiliated college. Admission is through a centralized allotment process conducted by the mg university If you have a very good score in your plus two exams then you must choose a college with a high naac accreditation grade or appear in integrated pg entrance exams of the various central university that will definitely enlight your career.
