Remarks
Symbiosis is a great brand and the institute has a good legacy in terms of exposure and placements. The extra-curricular activities also form an integral part of the college experience which is important for a BBA grad.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus is updated and most of the faculty is either from the corporate sector or having PHD. Industrial visits are organized for students and they mandatorily have to take up one NGO and one corporate internship. We also have a global induction program in which students can study one semester abroad.
Placement Experience
Major companies that visit our college include KPMG, Amazon, Wipro, Tres Vista, GO MO, EY, Credit Suisse, Zomato, and many such famous names. We have a dedicated placement cell team comprising of trained students which works to bring best opportunities on campus. The PC also organizes pre-placement training workshop series like CV building, GD, PI, Apitude test training, etc.
College Events
The college holds one of the biggest college fests in Pune called Sympulse organized entirely by teams of students. Apart from that, there are various clubs for every field of interest that students can join. SCMS also has a business fest called Conoscenza.
Campus Life
The college has great infrastructure which almost every amenity you can think of- from wifi enabled campus to digital libraries. There is also mess, cafeteria, general store, and CCD on campus. Sports facilities are also available in good condition.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are very good and the mess food is decent given the cost of living in an expensive place like Viman Nagar. The staff is very nice and accomodating and hostel rules are also quite flexible. It's an integral part of our college life.
