This is an excellent place to study considering the future aspects in the currentbsituation in the country where enggeneering and mbbs degrees are common everywhere making that losing the dignity. This degree makes you eligible to become trachers in senior secondary levels in excellent schools. Not only that, the college also provides research opportunities as well. The college being established by NCERT is like a cherry on the cake. The integrated way of teaching makes it one of the best institutions of the country.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and cirriculum here is balanced and integrated. My course comprises BSc, MSc and BEd integrated in 6 years. The classes are conducted regularly and it is ensired that all the syllabus is completed before exams. It being an central govt institute, weekends ie Sat and sun are holidays. The internals and external exams are completely well structured and doesnt put undue pressure on the child. The teachers are very cooperative and can quench your thirst of knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers regular internships in every semestar. Also the students are free to do any internship out of their choice from private conpanies too.
Placement Experience
Many schools throughout the country participate in the placements. The average salary is 50k/month for MSc. Eds.
College Events
A lot of festivals, events are held throughout the year. All the festivals and events are conducted with full enthusiasm. All the south indian festivals are held with pomp and show. Other events like cultural fests, food fests, new year party are also held.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers NCERT scholarships to about 50 percent of the children, which is about 8000 per year.
Campus Life
Our college is one of the best among the RIEs considering the infrastructure. We have well maintained lawns, college buildings and sports fields for all type of sports activities. There are adequate number of labs for each labs, hostels and classrooms. The campus is fully wifi enabled. Library facilities is also one of the best here.
Hostel Facilities
There are 4 hostels and one guest house. The rooms are of double or triple occupancies. The hostels are fully wifi enabled. Ro water coolers are there in every hostel. Mess is attached in evey hostel.
