Remarks

First thing first, obviously because of it's versatility in terms of courses they provide, with all these facilities, and most importantly the weightage of it's degree. This university always maintain it's position in india and the world. I personally always wanted to be a part of BHU, it's like continuing my family trend. Enormously vast campus and so many other things too.

Course Curriculum Overview

Vocational courses are newly introduced in BHU so it's obvious that still needs to be improved a lot. In terms of better facilities and infrastructures related to respective course. Better placement options should be taken very seriously. Monthly industrial visits, and trainings is necessary. Health facility is pretty good.

Placement Experience

3

Just passed the first year, so not that aware of placements and job opportunities. Professors always suggests companies and firms for internship program. No company visits organized yet because of certain circumstances.

College Events

4

Need to update. More extracurricular activities should be added, like instruments, music classes, dance classes, swimming, diploma in different language and some more latest indoor games etc. Although campus is beautiful, lively and vast. So many places around for hangout and chillin'. Dams is always be the main attraction. So many events held occasionally.

Placement Experience:

BHU is a well established university in every department. But some are less developed like DDU kaushal kendra RGSC BHU Mirzapur. After internship in 4 semester students become eligible for campus placement. There are limited company and agencies releted to Hospitality and Tourism Management are connected with us. About 3 to 4 lakhs of average platform if someone also actively looking forward to and only half of students get placement. Due to the not only companies but also at student end they are not capable for service industry with required skills sets. I am now planning to pursue PG in management courses from central university like BHU DU UoH etc

The course curriculum looks very old. As my course is professional and need practical knowledge apart from theoretical knowledge we need practice materials. Which are not there. Placement cell is not that much good. You have to find internships or jobs on your own.

I chose this college as BHU is the central university and it gives most of the better facilities in study area. BHU itself is a brand that makes a person to get attracted towards it.The thing i like the most about this college is the peaceful environment. And the reason of opting the course is that fashion designing(b.voc) is my interest and it is well understood topic for me so that i can build my better career.
