Remarks

Patna science College is one of best college in patna. Our college is best for students aspiring to do graduation in science field. Infrastructure structure of our college is good. College has separate department building for each stream. Library is present in each department. Although there is separate library in administrative block.But it lack in number of faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is no industrial exposure. Faculties in our department were really good. Curriculum is not so heavy. Students get enough time to do any extra work. You just need to put extra efforts during the semester exams because sometimes they could be really tough.

Placement Experience

0.5

No job opportunities whatsoever. You have to prepare for general competition after completing your graduation. If you are good at your subject you can also take a B.Ed. degree and apply for teaching job in the college.

College Events

Campus life has been good. So many cultural festivals and sports meet were organised. No any big recognised college fest but overall it was good. Students could easily participate in them. Students participate actively in organising the events.

Sports facilities are quite good. Every annual sports day is celebrated. Inter and intra college competition also held every year. Campus is wifi enabled but it doesn't connect. Library facilities are good. Each department has separate library. A separate library is in administrative block

A good starting opportunity of my career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally feel interested in the course BCA and learning the data analysis, first I used to explore many career options but when I started exploring the Data Analysis, I was totally into it and love learning the things related to analysis, that is how I thought of doing my bachelor in computer application with the specialization of Data Analysis and Machine Learning. The curiculam prepares me for real-world application or further academic pursuits by dealing hard numericals problem , Civil Engineering branch involves strong team work because any mistake in civil engineering team work result loss of life, money and time. The course is improved by providing strong computer application to civil engineering students and involving AI to this branch. In engineering you can face exam any time so you always ready for any examination and apply the daily study routine to life.

After six semester one becomes eligible for the placements. The number of companies visited is not clear. The highest package is 89 LPA and avg is 12 . Last year due to recession I think placement is 70-80%

Fourth-year students are eligible to appear in campus placements. Companies who visit NIFT for campus placement are Titan, Boat, Blackberry, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance retails, FabIndia, etc Last year's highest package was 22 lpa offered to a student from the Fashion Communication department. The average package would go around 4.5 lpa. The percentage of students getting placement would be 90% My plan after getting the degree is to spend at least 2-3 years in the industry after getting a good company to work with.

Remarks:

College is very good at studies. The teachers are really responsible. The hostels are not provided. Also my college do have its own building. But yes the bus is provided for nearby students which really helps in transportation which compromise the unavailable of hostel.

i choosed my college Patna science college over the all others colleges because my coolege have better academic reputation, experienced faculty ,good campus envirement, affordable fees and goog infrastuctures. i had also applied for cuet entrance test and patliputra university everyt where i got confirmed addmision.
