Remarks

I choose this college because it has a good name in our locality. The college campus is good and is also free from ragging. The college provides good accomodations for outsiders too. I got to know about this college from my senior.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers in our college are very good, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They provide appropriate guidance. They are very kind. Their teaching quality is average, and they are helpful for only studies. They do not provide other knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant.

Placement Experience

I didn't saw major placements going or didn't get to know about it from the seniors. In the campus in which our college is located, i.e., GLS campus, various companies came like TCS, QX KPO, etc. The placement notice was not updated digitally, so even if companies came, students wouldn't get to know about it.

College Events

College Life is very very good. They are so much of events organised by the college every year. We enjoy alot at the college. I dont know about fests as i am also a new student here. But there are many more good things done here

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for BSc BIOTECHNOLOGY because of my interest. The field of Biotechnology was blooming. Faculty are good in number. One faculty for each subject. Wide ranges of subject are included in curriculum. BSc is in three subjects - BIOTECHNOLOGY, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE and HEALTH-HYGIENE. Teachers are generally freshers but they stay atleast for a year. Few teachers also have a doctoral degree and are expertise in their field. Timely assignments and seminars are conducted. 30% is internal marks. Semester internal as well as external exams are conducted. Exams are moderate. It covers esay to difficult questions. If well prepared, you can pass easily.

The Detailed overview of The HA college

The other colleges i applied for including Faculty of commerce from GLS University, H.L. college of commerce and neeldeep college. Exactly I was not rejected from other colleges but had them as an option if I had not made to this HA COLLEGE. I don't wanted to get into other colleges because of their high fee structure and low returns after completing course and not soo good image too. The admission process is quite careful. First you have to register yourself on the official site of GCAS of Gujarat government university, them choose your colleages you want to get in and then after few time you will get your colleges which are offered to you based upon your merit. The only eligibility is your cutoff percentage. Exam accepted are class 12th with any recognised board of studies (ICSE, CBSE, GSEB ETC.) most preferred exam is 12th board exam given under GSEB . Cutoffs are different as per the catagories and exams you've passed but the conclusion is you have to score a very good percentage (above 85) to get in the first or second round and below that would be just a luck if you got the seat. I got addmission on this college on basis of marks and percentage on the 12th class. I applied on GCAS portal for my College addmission and applied on many college like H L College of commerce Ahmedabad, H K College of Commerce Ahmedabad etc ..
