Remarks

The course of doctor of pharmacy was only available in Maharashtra in this college and Bharati Vidyapeeth. The fee of Bharati was much higher than this college. Therefore I decided to take my admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is still in development. The course is just introduced in India and therefore is still developing. Course provides various job opportunities and is facing growth on a everyday basis. The faculties are good.

College Events

My college has very low amount of extra curricular activities. Only sports take place on a larger scale. There is no cultural committe. There are very few events conducted and fests take place rarely.

Campus Life

It's average. The campus is not spacious. There is a sports room and a basket ball court. There is no space for anything else. Campus is poorly executed. Library is average sized. Labs are spacious and averagely equipped.

Hostel Facilities

Private Hostel. My hostel is not part of college and is therefore well equipped with facilities and is therefore opted by many students. The other options are rental flats. Hostel facility is easy to avail.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE

I wanted this college so no question arose of me pursuading other clgs. admission process is mainly based on the percentile marking of MHCET examination. higher percentiles get a higher chance of acceptance in the first 3 rounds. management is another option available as well. i applied to other colleges like DY patil, Poona college of pharmacy as well, got none confirmed admission form, unlike Indira where i got complete worth for money package. MHCET exam landed me to kasturi shiksan sanstha college of pharmacy shikrapur , froze the admission but later cancelled due to personal reasons. CET mainly is the exam used to cross eligibility for this course. cutoff in 2023 was 93.4 percentile and above. CET exam is most preferred by students. many other colleges also tend to recruit students through neet scores as well....Read More
