Remarks

I chose this College because of the criteria for the admission in this College and my marks were also low, it was difficult for me to get admission in other top Colleges of the city, but it was easy for me to get admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members in this college are very good, friendly and knowledgeable. They are qualified from top universities. You would like to be in class. The curriculum is as per good colleges. The course curriculum is prepared to cover all the subjects needed in your first job.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements in the college were good for BMS students. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, and IBM. Many other companies also visit the campus for recruitment. Placements are usually not good for BBA students.

The fest at Ilead college is not so great, because we don't have any huge place or any open ground, it has a very small place, which itself is highly packed. The campus crowd is vibrant, but the college students give their 100 percent to make the fest successful.

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. The hustles and joys of a college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because of the Media and the lab facility, and my desire to understand the entire course in journalism and mass communication. The course that I took gave a bit more theoretical aspects rather than the practical ones. The practical ones were a bit less compared to theory ones. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to encourage more assignments and provide more internship facilities to the students. The frequency of the exams for me was okay, and it was moderate, not difficult.

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Ilead a way of life in campus

Well, I didn't apply to any other colleges because it was not necessary and there are not many colleges in kolkata for interior designing, and that also this good.
