Remarks
I opted this college because of the same location and affordable than other colleges I applied so that I can commute from my home directly. And I was told that the college has good placement which it had. When I chose this college, it was afflicted under Anna university. Whereas now it turned out to be autonomous from the year 2019 where there are numerous opportunities for the students to showcase their skills. This college is better known for following cultural heritage and allowing students to do further extra curricular activities that they're interested.
Course Curriculum Overview
Once after changed into autonomous college, there was a great updation in the curriculum of latest technology which are required for the student's knowledge and encouragement of student's activities and staffs guiding them.
Internships Opportunities
Yes. I was selected for 2 months internship which was arranged by college in the company Virtusa pvt limited at chennai. And my stipend was about 5000 per month. I was selected for this internship by a selected process of 3 rounds. Technical programming round, group discussion and face to face interview.
Placement Experience
Nearly more than 100 companies visited our campus in which several students have been placed. So far in my batch, the number of students opted for placements are 370 and the placed students were about 360. The college have separate cells for placements and entrepreneurship where students are trained accordingly. There are number of alumni providing job referrals for the students and nearly 60 people were placed in my batch through referrals.
College Events
My campus life was really good and I was given the opportunity to explore technologies and gain more knowledge. There were so many cutural and technical events conducted and people from different parts of the country participates every year.
Campus Life
The campus infrastructure is very well maintained and excellent sports facilities and guidance are being provided to the students with good WiFi, a comparatively medium sized library. But still the laboratories could be more effective.
