They foster independence, creativity, and a genuine pride in learning in all of their students. The entire staff is dedicated to guide each student in discovering and maximizing their strengths while encouraging them to tackle new tasks/learning experiences through various SIGs. Each SIG here is started after a meticulous planning ensuring that the gap between academia and industry is bridged up.The caring nature of DG sir has made a foundational difference in the lives of IISTians. I really like the encouragement that is offered by DG sir when any student comes across a difficult time.

Placement Experience
All over 99% of eligible students are placed every year in good companies and MNC's. Many companies take off line campus every year and hire eligible students. Last year almost every student got placed in company.
