Course Curriculum Overview

The course of 3 years degree is well planned , in a way that it covers almost everything that a culinary graduate should know and I think no other college conducts these many practical sessions, these full fledged hands on sessions are the best part of the college and not just the practicals , the theory sessions are the knowledge sharing sessions which indeed helps us during the practical sessions..the classrooms are all hi-tech, has modern teaching methods and projectors..

Internships Opportunities

The curriculum has an internship scheduled in the 4th semester of the 3 years degree course... College arranges interviews with 5 star properties for internships. It's a great learning process during the entire internship process of 4 months

Placement Experience

Students are eligible to sit for placements once they are in the third year(final year) of the graduation..various hotel properties like Taj, ITC, Radisson, The park, Leela, GRT, Accor and many other 5 star properties come for the placements and the packages are pretty good and it varies from Hotel to hotel..almost all every student is placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Over all the 3 years degree would cost 400000 and it's totally worth spending, instead it is a great investment for the future

Campus Life

Every year the college celebrates Christmas by hosting a gala buffet in the month of December and it's most happening event in the town and almost all the renowned chefs of Hyderabad marks their presence on this day...the library has great good book's collection and not just books, it also has almost all the food industry related magazines for the students to be aware about the happenings in the industry...the classroom are spacious, has high technology teaching tools including projectors.. College also has an annual sports day in the month of February

Interview Experience

The group discussion topics were related to the food industry and as well as general awareness topics and the aptitude test has 4 core aspects which were math, logistics, English and general knowledge...if you are aware about the happenings in the world as well as the culinary industry then there are high chances that you can get through these rounds

This college is the only college in India that differentiates between hotel management and culinary arts. If the goal is to become a chef then this is the right college to join. Hence, I choose this course. I feel it's my privilege to be trained under such a good faculty, who pay attention to detail with utmost care and discipline. From the fifth semester / 3rd year we become eligible for campus placements. various hotels along with retail chains like Domino Mcdonald's, pizza hut, Taj, and Marriott. The highest package was 6 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2.5 lakhs per annum my batch had a placement percentage of 85. I started working with royal orchid Bangalore after my degree.

From 5 semesters onwards students are eligible for campus placements but depending upon their attendance in the college. Marriotts, Oberois, Novotel (Accor group), Taj properties, Airlines (Airport) The average salary offered is 15k-25k 97.5 students get placements in all five-star properties depending upon their given interviews. I personally after getting a degree is to work in the industry itself for couple of years and gain as much experience I can.

The students have to complete an internship period with the company and then they are permanent employees there, if one has cracked CLT or MT after the completion of your Training you get an assistant manager's post One gets 3-5 Lakh per year during their training phase.
