Remarks

The college has been progressively working towards the upliftment of the students. It also provides opportunities in the PhD field depending upon the capacity of the students. Overall it is a good college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed for two years. It has four semesters in total. It helps us to carry out the research work in chemistry , biomedical, medical Biotechnology etc. It provides exposure to the various fields.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are available within as well as outside the campus. Most of us were already engaged in doing the research. Therefore we didn?t go for placements. But there are certain medical companies that hire the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college has decided to keep the fee structure minimum. The total cost of the course is ?21,720. The first year amount is ? 11,435 and the second year amount is ? 10,285. The college also provides scholarship.

Campus Life

The college has set up various labs inside the campus. The college motivates the students to utilise the well equipped labs to carry out their invention and research work. The college has a central medical library too.

Admission

I had to search about all the information regarding the admission process on the official website of the college. I appeared for the common entrance test conducted by the college. The college also checks the bachelor?s degree which has to be from any science field.

I was satisfied and happy with the teaching methodology of the faculty members. They are highly knowledgable and are well qualified too. They are always ready to take criticism and works on the suggestions given by us.

Placement Experience:

The college placement is very good if a student is average thenhe will easily grab a package of a around Rs 600000 easily and the highest package of our college is around 12 to 13 lakhs and also we have the opportunity to also sit in main campus college placement so if a student really want placement then he will get easily

USME DTU Economics Hons review

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates.There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement.The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum.As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

The students are eligible for campus placement from 3rd year onwards starting from internships and placements in 4th year , students are free to apply internships from 1st year onwards the hods and faculties are quite supportive in providing the LOR. The proffs of core branches are supportive in providing research opportunities also And famous companies like EY, JP Morgan Chase and ICICI Bank as well as all tech companies recruite from DTU , and because of the brand name of college there are several off campus opportunities too

DTU has a calming effect!

Placement Experience:

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU USME is as good as it's engineering college.

Placement Experience:

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.
