Course Curriculum Overview
The whole course is divided into 5 semesters (2.5 years) which made me learn the generic core courses in the first 3 semesters and then get a specialisation for the 4th and 5th semester. My specialisation was in marketing which gave me a detailed knowledge about the strategies & the different aspects of Marketing. My favourite part was the learnings of digital marketing which is really required in today's world.
Placement Experience
Pursuing MBA (Executive) from SIBM has given me so many extraordinary job opportunities which I never expected for myself. I got placed in a reputed company with a package of 17 lakh p.a. Even during my course, the internships provided gave not just knowledge but also good stipend of 3 lakh(highest)
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee I paid for my course was ?6,10,000 & that too in four installments which involved the academic fees & the institute deposit of 10,000(refundable). The fee was totally justified as per me because learning from one of the top B schools in the country in this payment was more than you expect.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities included the toastmasters club, quizzing and debating society , finance club, HR & IR club,etc through which it was like gaining knowledge with fun and enjoyment and that made the campus life so perfect for me.
Admission
As I wanted to have knowledge in the core areas of finance and marketing,I pursued this course. Choosing SIBM for that was because it is the only institute under SIU in the All India NIRF Ranking. My admission process involved the entrance examination followed by the personal interview.
Faculty
The faculty members were highly experienced and qualified who not just taught us the technical skills but also helped us build the behavioral skills . Their focus was to develop the critical thinking ability in us to nurture our minds.
