Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum for Animal Biotechnology is extremely diverse and caters to subjects related to animal husbandry and how biotechnology is efficient and effective in curing, treating and preventing animal related diseases. The duration of the course is 2 years and it is a full time on campus course.

Placement Experience

The internship and placement opportunities are pretty satisfactory in the college. The average package that a student is able to get is around 5-7 lakhs per annum which is decent compared to any other medical college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for M.Sc course in Animal Biotechnology costs a total of Rs. 31,480 for a course duration of 2 years. The fees can be paid in equal installments of Rupees 15,740 annually and includes tuition fees, administration fees and examination fees.

I took admission in RAJUVAS, Bikaner for M.Sc in Animal Biotechnology. Students who have done bachelors in any of the subjects like Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Life Sciences are eligible for admission in this course. Apart from this, the students should have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Faculty

The professors at the college are extremely supportive and intellectual. They help in making us understand each and every topic with so much precision so that there is no confusion regarding the subject. We also have regular classes and tutorials in which teachers take our doubts.

The college building was nice; it's among the top 10 in Rajasthan, and I wanted to become a lawyer. So, this college seemed good. I prepare well, but there are no picnics or court visits. Everything is excellent; there's no need for any improvement. The exams are good, but the difficulty level is too high.

Since i didn't get to any other colleges, i didn't get rejections over there. I got a college according to my NEET allotment. Admission process in the college is through NEET exam and Rajasthan state exam for Medical students for their state quota and 30% for management seats. Eligibility is 50% for 12th grade with 2nd group science with biology, chemistry and physics. The cutoff of NEET was nearly 590 marks in All india quota according to NEET 2024.
