Remarks
Assam university offers students with sober education, therefore, becoming a part of this renowned university was like a dream come true. Apart from offering this graduation degree my college also offered some notable post-graduation courses, diploma courses for all the streams out there. Additionally, the decent infrastructure is another plus point to opt for the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opted Psychology which was a full-time course. The program was good and was offered as a semester course. It was a full-time program for three years. Therefore the year got divided into 6 semesters. And exam got held with every semester coming to an end. The teachers even took some surprise tests that was a great initiative from the faculty end.
Placement Experience
My college placement cells offer prospective opportunities to hard-working candidates. Although, I and my friend decided to go for higher studies. However, some of my classmates served internships period which was also offered from the college end.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees for the three years ended up to be around 25K. And I paid around 1500/- semester wise. Therefore I would say it was is absolutely feasible. Additionally, I received quality academics from this institute. Therefore the money I invested is totally feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
My university does not come up with scholarship facility for this program. Additionally, there is no students loan as well in this regard from the college end. However, My friend opted for a student loan from a public sector bank which helped her to proceed with the studies unhindered.
Campus Life
My graduation was full-fledgedly complete with a well-equipped library where I browsed for books from time to time. Additionally, the labs also served the purpose great. Furthermore, my college took the initiatives of taking an active part in state-level sports occasions along with some other prominent events
Admission
To get admission here I sat for an entrance exam. The total marks from the entrance exam along with my 12th board result decided my fate. Then I filled the application form. After a few days, the merit list got declared on the college website
Faculty
I loved the faculty there. They were, not only supportive, but they were also very friendly therefore approaching them with doubts and dilemmas got easy. They were dedicated professional who loves their job and knows their subject in detail
