Embracing the Internship opportunities

I was majorly looking for a B-School with a good prospect in terms of academic learnings and placement. So, I came across PIBM which serves both the purposes. PIBM should be your first choice if you primarily want to focus on education at a higher level because they hugely emphasize on training and development in the first go. Now, if I talk about placements, I can assure you one thing that you can get the desirable job that you are looking for because PIBM makes you Corporate ready with all the experimental training that you need to have to crack that dream job interview of your's. And, lastly he admission procedure is really smooth and easy. As per me, the only area of improvement would be if they could focus more on profile based competencies starting from a preliminary level.

I chose PGDM in Marketing specialization because I always had a knack towards marketing since my graduation days and PIBM is one of the best option when it comes to Marketing in terms of training and placement. Coming to the faculties, you will get the best professional faculties and the best guidance and support from every faculty, regardless any situation. Exams have always been timely and we have always been updated with all the due notifications and it was quite easy to pass the exams because the questions were all practical oriented.

I have done my WIP at Karma Kettle,an artisanal tea company as a sales and marketing intern and coming to my SIP, Godrej Properties was the company where in again I worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern. Thus, I would like to say that the internship opportunities are really encouraging wherein you will be able to gt a Corporate experience for real.

The placements here in PBM are good especially for Marketing and Finance. Companies lik Dabur, Marico, CCD, Deloitte, KPMG comes for placement every year with a suitable job profile and an attractive package. We have also got few International placements every year where our students gets into.

The fee structure is Rs.6,35,000 for a year which includes the tuition fees and the opportunity here is huge. Both my summer and winter internships were paid. My winter internship was at Karma Kettle, Pune and Summer Internship was at Godrej Properties which has given me immense opportunity to learn and earn atthe same time.

Campus life is very happening in PIBM. The infrastructure is pretty good here and the library is really an information space with all the books be it in your curriculum or something extra.
