Course Curriculum Overview

The BA LLB course is a five-year integrated course where students will be studying law as well as BA. In this course, the students will be given the option of choosing from elective subjects and form their won credit system.

Placement Experience

The placement cell trains the students for the interviews that they would face after the completion of their course. There are some well known recruiters that come to the college for interviews and the percentage of student placement is very good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee to this course is moderate and has to be cleared at the beginning of each year. The first year fee is Rs. 2.4 lakhs and the fee for the rest of the years is Rs. 2.25 lakhs. In the first year fee the admission fee of Rs. 15000 is included.

Campus Life

Saveetha School of Law has many different kinds of events, some of them being the annual fest, sports events, cultural events and even inter college competitions which brings together many people from different colleges.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities for our college is very good and hygienic. We have many choices for rooms and students can opt for which ever room that they want according to their comfort but also depending on the availability of that room.

Admission

I wanted to start my law career from some college where I will be able to not only find the best education but would be exposed to a very educational environment. Saveetha School of Law had been a boon for me and I was happy to be a part of this college.

Faculty

Saveetha School of Law has been well known to have a team of experienced teachers who are a part of the law world. There are also young faculties but they are equally qualified to be teaching us the ins and outs of the course.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying 5 year law course gives you knowledge of the all aspects of the society. We have mock trials and moot courts which will prepare us and give confidence to face the original coutrt trials. The curriculum is good but the updates of the law should be made faster in the syllabus.

I choose Saveetha School of Law for its well rounded curriculum and modern infrastructure, adn practical exposure and opportunities. Compared to other colleges I applied to Saveetha School of Law offered stronger focus on practical learning and real worl application which influenced my decision. I applied to few other law schools, but Saveetha stood out with faculty expertise, location and exposure. I didn't face rejection from the colleges I applied to, but there were instances I didn't make it into some because of high cutoff or because the admission requirements were more competitive, which made it harder to get in. The admisssion process at Saveetha school of law is straightforward. The eligibility required seducers to have completed their 12th grade with 60% score. The cutoff generally depends on the exams score and overall competition of each year.
