Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum follows semester system. It is a two years course. The curriculum curriculum includes comprehensive and thorough study of Economics as a discipline at an advanced level. The exam structure is good. Mid term examination are conducted in the middle of the semester and final examination are conducted at the end of each semester.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of our university are very helpful. They organizes many training sessions, mock interviews, group discussions for the students which helps us a lot to develop our personalities.The department of our university takes much efforts to place the students in Teaching profession, Institutions, special schools and counselling centres.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is very good in our university. The fees for the two years course is around 7800 rupees which is quite less as we compared to other universities. My per semester fees is around 1950 rupees which is very much feasible for all the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university offers scholarships facility to its students. Scholarships are provided to the SC /ST/Most Backward community/Denotied community. Students who are economically low background, students whose parents are in military service, sports quota, physically handicapped are also provided scholarship. There is an another scholarship known as Rani Mangammal scholarship which is available for the eligible students.
Campus Life
Lot of extracurricular activities are organized in our university. Many activities like Yoga, Athletics, high jump, shot put, batminton, volleyball, judo, field trips, writing competitions, drama, quiz, are organized by the University. These activities helps us to enrich cultural, physical, mental and social life of the students.
Admission
The admission process in this course is very easy and good. The admission is based upon the results in the last qualifying examination. I got admission in this university after qualifying my bachelor degree in economics from a recognised university.
Faculty
All faculties of our university are qualified and experienced. They have very good knowledge in their respective subjects. They teach each and every topic in a very systematic manner. They are very kind and polite.
