Remarks

Academics are good as we are taught every necessary topic for our course. We learn a lot each day from the faculties and all the skills that we learn do make us job-ready. We are getting a proper education here so I would like to say that the money we are investing in is worth it. The college offers a One-year top-up degree in Singapore, so it is a great opportunity for the students. The admission process was very smooth and easy. The staff guided us and kept on updating the entire admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I selected was Interior Design. I was interested in discovering new spaces with some beautiful interiors. I wanted to learn how space is the design and experiment with new things. The faculties here are the best. They are very helpful and supportive.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees here are a bit high but the quality of education they give is worth the money.

Campus Life

The college has smart classrooms, well-maintained labs, etc. Infrastructure has all the necessary facilities and equipment.

Interview Experience

There was an interview with the program director. The interview was very smooth, the staff guided during the process. We were supposed to prepared a portfolio related to the course we are interested in. I prepared my portfolio while I was in junior college. The portfolio showed the program director my potential.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year students are eligible for campus placement . We have visited thaiur textile company . We have visited many markets with teacher for buying fabrics . They offer placements from boutique and many textiles company which also provide scholarship. 100% of students will get the placements . After getting degree i am gonna aasist one of the designer i hsve applied for.

Placement Experience:

We have internships from the second year. This gears us towards industry life. In the summer before the third year, we need to intern for 1-3 months. In the 4th year, we intern for half the year and come back in the 2nd semester for our grand projects. Almost all of our students leave with an internship/job offer at the end of 4 years. This is due to the constant effort of our administration to organise exhibitions that invite industry greats. My plan after Ecole, is to work at a branding agency for a few years before pursuing an MFA in Graphic Design.

Ecole's Internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students are expected to do a 1-2 month Internship after 2nd year and a 4-6 month internship during the 4th year. Ecole has an event called Design next which allows students and design agencies to interact .Design agencies look through our work and select students for an interview and placements. This is how I got my internship with GWD KIDS. Most students get internships and jobs through Ecole.

Good college overall

The admission process is fairly easy and it has 4 inputs as far as I remember. The good aspect is its fairly close to my place so its easier to travel. what could be improved is the size of the infrastructure and also having to have better facilities with some tools and whatnot.
