Remarks

This college is really amazing. The placement facility is really good. The faculty is also very nice. The infrastructure is very big and there are a lot of good facilities available for the students. For example - Hostel, Transport, Gym, Library, Free Wi-fi services, Canteen, Football/Basketball court, Extra curricular activities etc.

I have no idea because i have just joined this college. But the placements are really good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah so the hostel fee is a little bit high, but the college fee is in my budget. I mean in this budget, this is the best private institute. And there are scholarship policies as well. For now the criteria is: 100% scholarship for scoring 93% or above and 50% scholarship for scoring 88% or above.

Campus Life

I have just started with my college so i have no idea about how it is. but as far as i know, it's really superb and there are many extra curricular activities in which you can participate. There's also a library which is really big and has the latest books available. Classrooms have air conditioned and is big and clean. It also has projectors. There's one website where students can get details and notices about the upcoming events. And daily home assignments etc is posted here. And also check your fee status or upcoming exam dates and attendance over here.

Placement Experience:

College placements are taken oftenly after the 2nd year of the courses. And from the 1st year the students are given the inetership oppurtunities to build up there skills. The placement are given in studios and IT companies most probably.

Must Read this before taking admission in Amity University Mumbai

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was influenced to take this college because rating of this college on internet was very good.The curriculum they mentioned is very good , like they have mentioned they'll teach sketching , Pixel art . But the harsh truth is that no body is ready to take lectures , which is the biggest concern. The curriculum is good i would suggest the college to apply the curriculum Yearly there are 2 examination, which are not very hard

Placement Experience:

The placements here are really really good, with the highest package of 20lpa and avg of 10lpa , the college stands with some of the top design schools in India. They have tie ups with big companies lole deliotte, axis bank etc and provide amazing placements through them. From my experience and talking to seniors, the college has 100% placement record and i feel they would continue to have it.

Fegusson- The life changing experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to learn a skill that I could do a job with or freelance using the skill. I also wanted a course that is practical with very less theory, hence, I chose the vocational course. The skills in the course are helpful for anyone who wants to grow on social media. we had 22 faculties for 6 semesters in total. The faculty taught us software that was trending in the industry. But, once the software is taught practice Is necessary to excel in any of the software. Everything was practical, the teacher would show the use and basics of the software with their system, and immediately we were asked to practice, and our doubts cleared the spot. the exams were pretty regular even in the lockdown. each term would have a time of 5 months. Theory exams were easy to clear, but the practical exams were a matter of lot of practice and consistency in submitting the assignments on time.

My remarks for this college with negative. Not good teaching facility, Not good college behavior. They just take money. Every time they take money with any reason. Every senior who has left College suggest to not to take admission here I you have serious with your career.

Remarks:

I completed my B.Sc Multimedia Animation & Graphics from Srajan Institute of Gaming Multimedia and Animation. I learnt a wide variety of techniques and skills here from the faculties which turned out to be quite useful to me and the facilities provided here helped me practice and learn things better. My overall experience at college was very good.

Amity University Mumbai : is it worth it?

COVID-19 changed everything, including the college admissions scenario. So, I was in a bit of a mess. I did not study well for exams like JEE, and my 11th and 12th foundational concepts in maths n physics were not so good. MHT-CET was a big gamble, which did not go according to plan. But I had to get into a college, and I wanted one in Mumbai. Amity University Mumbai seemed to be a right choice. It offered direct admissions, which was of great relief for a student like me. It was located at Mumbai, and the structures and facilities were good enough. The admission process was pretty smooth; one applied online, forwarded all documents and then counseling and seat was granted there. The Amity experience: Highlights and Insights

I had applied to manipal university, nmims university and amity University. And I honestly I loved the subjects and the curriculum the best here in amity. Moreover, the course that I was interested in had just started in manipal and nmims university hence I wasn't sure about how the course would turn out and amity on the other hand had this course for over 5-6 years which gave me the confidence in the effectiveness of the course. I got accepted to manipal and because of some technical glitch during my entrance for nmims, I got rejected from there. Studying- A fun adventure at Amity University, Mumbai

Eligibility: 60% and above in 12th boards. Students who have completed their 12th irrespective of any stream can apply. All the details of the application form, fees, and dates can be found on their website- Not sure about the reservation benefits but after you apply, you would be assigned to an admission counselor who guides you throughout the admission process and clears all doubts. Regarding the application process, there is an entrance exam that wasn't related to the course, it included essay writing on any general knowledge topics. After which there was an interview where they ask basic questions related to the course such as, why did you opt for this course? Who is the father of psychology. But from what I noticed, almost every student was selected. The interview is easy to crack....Read More
