Remarks

"VESIT", Vivekananda education society's institute of technology. The college having one of the best campuses in Mumbai. I got admission in 2018 yr. Now I am in 3rd year aspirant of college in the computer department. To be honest, the college is having very good and experienced faculty members throughout the first year to last year, all are well educated and have the best knowledge in their fields. To take Admission in VESIT is a very easy process, where u will get admission on the basis of your MHT-CET or JEE score. Or you can get admission in against cap round modes where you have to feel up an offline admission form, and on your merit score, the college will declare lists for courses for which you are elected. And talking about the placement cell of VESIT, It's ranked in the top 5 of Mumbai University colleges, where one can get placement in dream company easily unless and until he does the best performance in his academic year. The average package of VESIT is around 3.5 lac per anum. VESIT having a good campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choose this College because I have seen many students of this college got placed in Many MNC companies, like google, amazon, Nvidia, etc. The best class teacher and all faculty members throughout all academic years. on average there is 1:60 student ratio per class. I am in the computer engineering stream, best faculty members are in this course, Very experienced teacher are here, all are having helpful in your studies. In VESIT term exams are conducted twice per semester, and are a little bit difficult but good studies can conquer it easily

Placement Experience

the placement cell of the college is best at Mumbai University, where one can get the best job opportunities. Every year all top companies including Accenture, Tcs, Microsoft, Jp Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Quantifier, And many more companies visits VESIT. Every year 90% of students get placed through VESIT.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure of per year is average like other colleges in Mumbai, And increase in hike policy is not so big , means when i taken admission and now currently its become only 20 thousand increase so its affordable college for middle class students also. College accepts government scholarship for all students who came in government defined categories , MAHA-DBT is the government link where one can get all the benefits regarding to scholarship. one can get best job opportunities through campus placement if he performs well in college throughout all four years.

Campus Life

5

PRARAMBH is the first event held in college, where all first-year students take part in event. After that, all councils in college arranges events throughout the year. all cultural events are conducted by the cultural council, Sports events are conducted by sports council, Sort council arranges all social rights events. Also, the college having the best library where one can get any book on-demand, all staff is helpful. Vesit having one of the best e-library, AC rooms, one can easily accommodate all day in library.

Hostel life is quite good, and only available for 1st yr and 2nd yr students only. Also, hostel has its own mess, but its charges are quit equally to hostel fees. The registration process happens in college itself, one can get a scholarship on hostel fees if he comes in government assigned categories. Also, there is PG facility available near the college , where one can get PG 6,000 per month and food facilities at 4000 per month.

Placement Experience:

Placements are usually pretty average of 7-10LPA and usually students with CGPA of 7-9 sit for the campus placements. I would say around 40% students get placed decently. If no campus placement, the course is so diverse that you can easily get jobs if you have the skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is half electronic and Computer science based . It is really useful for students opting for Robotics, Internet Of things , Vlsi , etc. But if you want to opt for fully computer science based stream or career, dont choose this stream as there is shortlisting issue during placement here for this stream
