Remarks

The college management was good. They helped to endure all operations ran smoothly. We had also had ample support staff that ensured the place was kept in great condition

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum was a perfect mixture of lectures, group assignments, projects and presentations. There was a lot of focus on building communication, networking and team building skills which i felt really helped in my current career. We were also exposed to operations and business processes through industrial visits. We had two types of industrial visit - one at a factory to understand working from a manufacturing angle and one in a service industry for exposure to the same. In the second year there were also PDP classes to help with preparations for campus placements.

Placement Experience

3.5

Summer internship and placement was conducted through the campus. There was a lot of effort put in to get companies. However, HR companies were quite less. There was also off campus placement drives conducted in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi to help with placements.

College Events

4.5

The college celebrated multiple events through the calendar year. We conducted a regional marketing fair, where we got different companies to sponsor stalls and put up their products for display. We also conducted inter college competition on paper presentations on games. There were also the usual cultural and alumni functions. The best part of all events was that it was 100% driven by students with support from faculty.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees when I completed the course was 4 lacs which included hostel accommodation and food. There were bot any additional fees charged to gain admission apart from the usual application fees etc. The college did charge an extra 10,000 as as security deposit which was refunded in full at the end of the term. They are quite transparent in their fees structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

There weren’t any scholarships provided by the college. I had opted for a student loan from the bank. My father is a banker who availed a joint student education loan with me. The college provided all the documentation to help with loan processing.

Campus Life

4

The campus life was great. A lot of autonomy was provided to the students to make decisions. There was a healthy mix of students from all parts of the country. Its was fully residential campus with almost 50/50 gender ratio. The campus life was fun. A lot of open areas ensured that we could move about in the campus. There was also an annual trip organised by the college to nearby places of interest that was always fun. We also celebrated birthdays and had DJ parties etc

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Yes. The hostel facilities were excellent. It was a twin sharing facility. The rooms were quite big especially considering other colleges. It had an attached bathroom as well. The room also came with twin beds, study tables, sofa, wardrobes and a dressing area. We had geyser in the bathroom also. The hostel also had shared washing machine and drying area that you could utilise. And offered paid ironing services as well.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network was good. They also helped with some summer and campus placements. We also developed a good network with our alumnis and senior batch. We conduct an annual alumni meet that helps to foster bond with the current batch and that helps with overall activities.

Admission

The college accepts CAT scores as base for admissions. Then it conducts group activities and personal interviews. The group activity is there to test decision making, team building and communication skills. We given a lego set and asked to build a tower with certain specifications. The personal interview focused on previous course and gauges the overall personality and fit to the college.

Faculty

4

The course was divided into 6 trimesters with about 8 subjects in each trimester and classes to match the same. Most of the faculty was very knowledgeable. We also had guest faculty with relevant industry knowledge for specific subjects. And periodic seminars that really helped.
