NTTF, Post graduation degree in tool engineering

Remarks

Management is very good and helpful in all aspect in term of learning, gaining knowledge, best college to learn about plastic mould and press tool designing, material, GD&T etc and will also make you industry ready

Course Curriculum Overview

5

As I choose for 2 years tool engineering course In which they have 3 semesters of studies and 6 months of internship after completion of studies and after the internship, you need to present a project and seminar on what all things you learnt from this internship, the best this during this studies is the very highly experienced faculty, they can give solution to any real-life problem in plastic injection moulding and press tool.

Placement Experience

5

Nttf gives 100%placement and also if any students want to go for any specific company by their own they can go for it which is only for 6month internship period and after that, it depends upon the company which you get placed and also on your performance during internship period.3 to 5 lac/annum is average package but this also totally depends on your skills, upper limit for packages in not fixed.

College Events

4

School of Postgraduate celebrates sports week, annual day, world safety week and some other events along with all other NTTF branches, also some technical events are also organized for extra learning regarding this subjects which are not included in the syllabus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are not at all expensive as compared to the knowledge and future growth in Industry, there is an option like you can directly swipe the card you can also pay by DD and also by net banking. If you choose 2 years course you need to pay additional miscellaneous fees like library fees etc., yes and they provide full transparency in the fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I don't have any idea about the scholarship, but as per my information, no scholarship is offered to students from the college.

Campus Life

5

As this is purely manufacturing field in which you have to work on machines and also in future work in an environment full of men than to in class of 60 -3 girls are there but there are girls PG Nearby which are safe. campus life is just an industry in terms of punctuality and all.

Hostel Facilities

4

No, for postgraduate students hostel facilities are not there but they have a canteen for lunch and dinner that is optional, but there are a lot of PG nearby and they also help us to contact them. And the rent over there ranges from 2.5 to 6 it depends upon your choice of sharing or private rooms.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are helpful regarding the details of the courses is this course useful or not, how it will develop and individual as a design in this field

Admission

1st I was searching for institutions that teach about plastic injection moulds and how to design it all the topic regarding it, so after few research, I came to know from one the alumni that NTTF is the college I'm looking for, so I directly visited its website and got all the details of the courses they offer regarding the tool and die making, subjects syllabus duration of course everything. I submitted 1 application form and choose 1 nearby centre for entrance exam after 1 month merit list was out and I got selected and admission process was done in BANGLORE Peenya. I choose to post graduation degree in tool engineering of 2 years in which all the subject regarding plastic mould design press and advance design of the plastic mould and press tool along with material studies are included, after completion of this course you be a complete designer which knows how to design a tool, different materials how to optimize the injection moulding processes and lot more. Best course if want to become a tool & die maker.

Faculty

5

The best faculty with great experience and knowledge, who always wants to teach students in all aspects and they will teach even small part of the subject and solve each and every doubt you have ever faced or will face. They will teach with help of ppt as well as a proven reference book and also give assignments which help you design different tool by yourself and also give suggestion on your design how to improve it, mistakes in your design and how to practically manufacture your design. Faculties know the real-life difficulties employees will face so they make us industry in all aspects in punctuality, work sincerity etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
