Affordable fee, Rich campus area with agriculture research field and chemical, mechanical laboratories, Asia's no.1 library, cricket ground, NAAC A' grade, Located in capital city Jaipur, Distance education, Good Hostel facility

Course Curriculum Overview

Moderately updated syllabus, low level industrial exposure with a few external field visits, faculty were good as though not best enough for a merit student, projector teaching will be a bit technically good

College Events

Extremely good events organizations. Agri Expo- event for exhibiting agriculture projects, Photography and short film contests, Sports events, dance events, Music nights. Students from other colleges were also allowed to participate. Farmers from nearby villagers visit the projects.

About college of horticulture and forestry

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement in 8th semester. Different levels to sit in the placement, Firstly students interested for placement are listed , then they are divided in groups and each group is given with a topic for debate , student which are more effective and efficient speaker are selected from each group . Not any fix cgpa is required but 6.5 and above is average. I am planning to do masters in this branch.

During 8th semster, students can appear in campus placements. Different companies will participates in placements.you need enroll in university website for placements and you need to pay 1000 for it but better you do not take because, for freshers the salary paid by a company were very less around 10k-15k. Better a student go for Msc or ABM from a best college or you can prepare for government exams like AFO, NABARD, FCI, Food and security departments and their several government exams will be there for a Agriculture graduates And several banks releases notifications every year so you can go for that there we get best pay scale and better life style

A mobile free campus

Remarks:

It was providing me bsc agriculture course with less fee and safe for girls. I joined JVWU in the year 2017, reference to this college was google. My father was finding a college for me which provides quality education with safety. You can not get such type of security anywhere. Rules are very strict. Those try to offend the rules fine is imposed on them. One of the beat thing about my college is it is India's first women's private university. And that to it is mobile free campus. Due which many parents like to sens their child to this college. No mobile no distraction. While taking admission i searched about it on collegeduniya.com and also on shiksha.com. Admission process is very simple first registration needs to be done after that you can visit campus with your parents after that fill the formalities and report at the campus.

My college is very good for education. But sometimes the management is not good which frustrates us. The vacation dates are not fixed because of that we face many problems in booking our tickets. But overall my college is good. And there is a positive remark for my college.
